Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

No matter what Menchie's you go to, they're consistently the same with friendly staff and a clean place. The toppings section is always tidy. The layout is great for a natural flow for people to follow when getting frozen yogurt and toppings. Even when I came here 10 min before closing, they had everything in stock that I wanted.

We enjoy Menchies, their yogurt feels refreshing, less sweet, flavorful, and toppings are more healthy with fresh fruits, nuts, and few chocolates. We tried Yogurtland. Their yogurt was too sweet, lacked flavor, and most of the toppings were just chocolates.

The customer service has gone downhill. There’s a young lady named Keristen and she is so miserable. Every time we visit she seems to really hate her job. This location has always had friendly and welcoming staff until Keristen came along.

I love the vegan options! And there are so many great other flavors for the family!

Great yogurt. All types of flavors. Very good customer service. Polite and curdious . Clean and maintained Yogurt shop. Must go and try it out.
