My first time trying this sushi place was horrible. We were quickly seated. After being seated, we waited about 15 mins for our waitress. When she asked for our drink order, she told us she'd be back for our order. She went to the people next to us for their drinks and food. Mind you, these people came after us. We had to wait an additional 10-15mins before she finally asked for our order. After our order was taken, it took even longer for our appetizers and food to get to us. If I didn’t ask the host to check on our order, we probably would never have got our order. HORRIBLE service. She never came to check on our food or refill the drinks either!

This place used to be my #1 favorite sushi place in the Sacramento area. I used to be a local and I moved away from the general area but recently brought my son for his 16th bday.I think they sold the restaurant. Blaring EDM/ dance music from a bad speaker and cold hostess/reception area. Which is a 180 from what I’m used to with this restaurant.First complaint is the server was terrible. After being seated and waiting over 15 mins, in a seemingly empty restaurant, a girl comes to our table and asks if we’re ready to order. She literally said “are you ready to order?” - no “hey how are you”, no “hi”, nothing.We order and they brought someone’s meal 15-20 mins before bringing the rest of the tables food. Really awkward and bad time management.The sushi’s rolls were garbage, truly inedible. The quality has gone down significantly and it’s so sad.Second - they charged me $28 for 2 draft Sapporo’s and their menu says $7…..0/10 never going back and it breaks my heart bc it’s so hard to find a good sushi place out here.

Now that we have, we know what we like and how to order so it doesn't cost too much. They have a great half priced roll selection. Check it out.
