Mountain Mike's Pizza

The death of customer service has hit our beloved Mt Mikes Pizza.. I made an online order. Got a confirmation # & received the email confirmation as well. Then I checked my bank and the money had been pulled so I waited for my pizza. Over an hour later I called to check on it and was told that “for some reason corporate credited you back and cancelled the order” .. first of all, What?? I explained that I had the confirmation and everything and had a hungry family to feed she basically told me that it wasn’t her problem and blamed corporate. Service goes down, prices & tipping go up. Time to break up with Mountain Mikes. I hear you get way better pizza at local mom & pop pizza joints anyway. Maybe they will care about their customers satisfaction also. One can hope.

Whatever lady is working there was the most rude person I’ve experienced in a food industry! Mountain mikes is hands down my favorite pizza but this location sucks to say the least!! Really just went to round table across the street because of her!!

I have been ordering from this location for 5+ years but always to go. Every time I’ve picked up my family pizza I was never greeted with a hello or a smile, they have always been rude.I brought my family to dine in tonight and the old Indian man was rude, was mean mugging my kids for being kids, creating an awkward ambiance.They asked if it was for here or to go, we said for here. They gave us a box as if we were gonna leave, we opened the box there. We asked for paper plates, they said they didn’t have any, and the whole time they made us feel like they didn’t want us here.I’ve let slip the 5 plus years of always with the rudeness but the way the made us feel tonight was the end of the line for me.I will be spending my $ elsewhere from now on ✌?

I had a bug in my salad and they didn’t even give me a refund for that. And the server was being very rude and asking us if we were ready in a mean tone. Very disappointed.
