Food is always hit or miss. Depends how much money you're spending, unfortunately. Every time I get a half sandwich the bread is stale and it seems like they put the least amount of effort possible. When I order a full sandwich it's still 50/50 on if the sandwich will come out fresh or not. The ladies have a nonchalant demeanor and don't seem to care whether you are or aren't satisfied. Unless you're at another location, I would Not recommend.

The food is always good. It was more about the service. The ladies working weren't super friendly. They kinda just took our orders, no conversation or smiles. Then went about talking with each other about random stuff besides work. It was just an odd interaction.

Second time I ate here. And both times my food was fresh & flavorful.This time I ate on the outdoor patio. Plenty of tables ( cllean) and napkin dispenser.The stressed was very helpful and the kitchen was spotless clean.

it was a delicious steak club sandwich, but it was in no way a Philly cheese steak sandwich, don't expect it to be anything like what you would get in Philly. the reason it's getting 5 stars is because it was friggin delicious. the girls working there were fun, delightful attitudes, and worked/supported each other through our large order with ease. we lucked out and went there when it wasn't busy, so we were in and out very quickly.

This place has great ladies that work here. All are kind, polite, courteous, and great to chat with of you get them when they are not so busy. We have had a few incidents that food wasn't what we regularly expected however each lady seems to have their specialty on what they make the best. Also they have been training new people. So they are learning what to do, how to do it, and get the hang of doing their job regularly.Thank you ladies for your awesomeness.
The ladies who work here during the lunch shift are super friendly and they make an excellent sandwich. They all deserve a raise.

This was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten the Sylvan location I've been going to for years. Every time I go it seems they've boosted prices then today I paid 16$ for a pastrami sandwich tray literally had 2 tiny pieces of pastrami not oven a 1/4 of an inch thick, then all veggies. I called them up and complained all they could do was say, ok, thank you and hang up. Don't go to this location every time it's worse and worse as well as the girl that answers the phone isn't professional and could care less if you're a satisfied customer. I will never go there again 20$ for a sandwich and a drink with no meat on the sandwich. What's really scary, is only supposed to come with pastrami, mustard and pickles. Maybe I'm the dummy for getting veggies so they could hide the fact there's no meat. RIP OFF!! you just lost a customer of over 10 years.

I asked for the lady to heat up my sandwich and she wouldn't she would only heat up the meat but I wanted the bread heated so the mayonnaise could be warm on the bread but she refused to heat up my bread she should be fired for horrible customer service :/

Always delicious! Highly recommended. The only part that sucks is the price increases as inflation and other reasons drive up prices but I will continue to go as long as they're affordable.
