The meat dishes greatly lack...meat. beef with broccoli was mainly broccli; for the chicken chowmein it was a hunt to find pieces of chicken (no joke i found 3 pieces in my portion); pork fried rice was a sea of peas and carrots with a few chunks of pork. I found this to be very disappointing.

Im upset I didn’t get pictures of the rest of the food because of how fast we dug in. This place is amazing! The door dash and take out orders were going off every few minutes; great sign the food is good. The atmosphere inside is great, the hostess was awesome, food came out relatively quick and it was amazing. You can tell whoever is in the back cooks with love.
This place just gained two new favorite customers

This family owned restaurant produces good food, great service, and the cozy atmosphere.
My grandson and I bought a side order of white rice and orange chicken we split it and we had food left over! The girls at the front counter are very sweet. If you haven’t tried this restaurant you are definitely missing out!

The hours don't mean anything. We're outside the business before their "listed" closing hours and they're closed. Why mislead people? Not a good impression.
Was looking for a late-night Chinese food spot and this came up with solid reviews. The first night we showed up they were closed. The signage for their hours were contradictory.
The second attempt when they were open was not a good experience. They had curtains covering every single window and a million security cameras everywhere. Very dimly lit. They also made us pay upfront before they sat us down, which was awkward. It seems as though they had one too many bad experiences with customers and are now untrusting of every customer. The energy there was pretty uncomfortable.
The girl working the front was unhappy, unfriendly, and playing on her phone the entire time. Our meals were served in Styrofoam to-go boxes for some weird reason. We were not given utensils or water- nor were we asked how things were or anything. The girl just sat there and played on her phone. They had a card table set up on the opposite side of the restaurant with luke-warm pitcher water and some mystery juice that we had to walk up and get ourselves along with silverware and napkins. Super weird.
The food was overcooked and had an odd and unpleasant taste. We got the sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken along with chow mein. Hard to explain, but when I bit into it, it was like mostly filler or bread than it was chicken, and it had a burnt fishy taste to it. We were pretty bummed with the whole experience.
I went to wash my hands in the bathroom before we left. The bathroom was gnarly and the floors inside and out were like movie theater sticky.
Not really sure how this place is in business. Seems like they're on their last leg there. Also just seems counterintuitive to open a restaurant and have everything blacked out with security cameras in every which direction every couple of feet. Think it may be time to sell and move on to other ventures for their own peace of mind.

We returned after years of being out of area... surprised it was still there, and even though it is under a newer ownership the food was fantastic, the plates were hearty and delicious! Drove two hours to get there and it was well worth the drive and we have every intention of returning soon...Please come to our township, we desperately need your great Chinese food!

I have a feeling the only reason this place is still open is because they are open late. Findnsomewhere else I promise anywhere but here is worth it. The staff is dry and unpleasant to deal with.

I rarely rated below 4 for any restaurant because I always read review carefully before coming so mostly my restaurant that I choose will be good. However, I arrived Sacramento quite late and this restaurant open until 0:00 so we moved there for late dinner. I chose wonton soup and beef with broccoli stir fried and rice for my husband. The taste was normal and I didn't recognize the taste of beef, you can imagine I think it was pork or maybe it kept in the fridge too long. Too much soy sauce and oyster sauce. For wonton, I also felt it was not fresh and it could be the frozen food.Maybe the food was kept until night but I think if the restaurant open late they have to know how to keep food fresh before closing.I saw many people buy to go at around 9pm-10pm, Saturday.

Not sure what Susan was talking about. The lunch buffet is open from 11-3 pm Friday thru Tuesday. Which is amazing!I have been there 3 times in past two months. The food (buffet) has been excellent every time! I’m dreaming about eating there again right now. Can’t wait to go again. The ambiance is nice. Small, quaint little restaurant. The service was decent. Food very good but I’ll have to agree the restroom was not up to par. Wish they would do a better job of making us nicer and cleaner. For $10 you cannot find a better place to eat in all of Sacramento. Incredible that they can make this and sell it for that price. Highly recommend!
Very pretty and cozy inside. Owner and staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was sooo delicious. The general chicken and sweet and sour shrimp tempura had a nice texture, not soggy or mushy like other Chinese restaurants. The fried rice and chow mein were very flavorful not plain tasting like some can be. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers!
