The pizza and wings are terrible and soggy and they were very rude when taking my order and the owners here Secretly Live in the pizza shop and Shower In there witch is disgusting I had walked in to order and I got Flashed By one of the. Showering openly In the back like they connect a shower head to some hose or sink and shower like that in the back witch is very disgusting and unhealthy environment

Food was terrible, I got wings, bread sticks and large pepperoni. The wings were too soggy, the bread sticks were hard and the marinara sauce tasted like stale alcohol. The pizza was 3 stars but not the best. They delivered in about 30 minutes which is fast however the person who took my order was a woman who sounded like a woman who either just started and had no idea what she was doing or it was someone like a barista who didn't care so the service was 3 stars. The atmosphere I cant comment on since I had it delivered

NY City Pizza is far more than just delicious pizza. As I waited for my pizza to be finished (came in a bit early), I was talking to a young man who worked there, I learned that this pizza shop is family owned and operated. This is not a franchise, and I don't know about anyone else, but it makes it that much more special to me. They truly care about their customers. I have been ordering from them for some time but had always had it delivered. Delivery was always on time, hot pizza to your door.I can see how hard they work to please their customers, and I want to let you know I am a customer for life! Thank you!

We finally stopped in and ate at thee best pizza we've ever had. We left over two hours ago and I can still taste their flavorful pizza. The dough is light and airy, crispy with alot of flavor. The sauce is the most flavorful I've ever had. The people are very kind and humble. The prices are very reasonable. Today we ate in their nice cozy pizzeria. Next time we're taking the King Kong home to the family. Thank you both for a delicious meal! You are now are favorite pizza place!

I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be our favorite pizza place but it just gets more expensive and the quality isn’t what it used to be. We have always ordered through DoorDash and it was our favorite pizza for 6 months. Now every time I order it the prices are raised. Went from $19.99 to 22.99 and now $24.99 for a plain cheese pizza! and I wouldn’t mind paying if it tasted like it used too. The past 2 times we have ordered the pizza dough is extremely thin and pizza is so floppy all the cheese just falls right off! It tastes like totally different pizza from before. We won’t be ordering again. I thought last time maybe it was just a bad day but second time in a row it tasted horrible. So sad!

My apologies NY City Pizza!! I have been doing business with NY for over a decade simply because their product is personal, homemade including the handmade crust. I recently stopped to pick up my order, stepped to my car leaving the door ajar, immediately returning. Apparently, my Federally Registered Service Dog, all of 6# in the waiting room, caused a problem with the owners, as a patron rushed in/out ranting and raving across the parking lot, not knowing the facts, leaving an unpaid $30.00 bill, due to our presence in the waiting room area. The dog and I cannot be denied access under the laws. The counter attendant certainly didn't offer any hand signals!! I did pay the bill... As usual, dinner was delicious!

We were excited to see NY style pizza nearby so I called and ordered pick up. When I got there a dog had run out of the kitchen. The woman claimed the dog would only run straight to the back, but the dog was prancing around the kitchen right in front of me. I told them nevermind, I don't want my order and walked out. The lady followed me and starting yelling while my husband and kids were waiting in the car and flipped us off. No offense to dog lovers, but I don't want to eat were they let animals in the kitchen.
