Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was actually very good and we enjoyed our meal overall. However, there were quite a few issues with the service. Our drink order was incorrect, our food order came out wrong, and even the check had mistakes on it.

On top of that, the restrooms were very disappointing — they were dirty, smelled strongly of urine, there was no toilet seat covers, and there was visible poop on the toilet, which was really unpleasant.

The food quality itself was good, but the service accuracy and cleanliness really need improvement.

Today is my son birthday he wanted to go to you restaurant.. they took us to our table and we wait for 15 minutes for service and mean tiene it was at least about 8 employees passing by us and no greeting no have you been help nothing .. I got up ask the host if we can get some service I went back to the table and they were just talking about who table it was I wasn’t even an urgency to go to the table so we got up went to the host stand ask for manager .. she came up and she just say sorry I just heard what happen i apologize and if you want to stay I will take care of you my self meaning she was going to serve us … whoever the gm is in this location train you managers how to fix the problem on this kind of situation when you guys make a mistake … how her serving me would fix the situation??? Anyways not coming back and thank you for screw my sins birthday

This place has amazing customer service, and the staff are very professional. The prices are also quite affordable, especially since they include a free salad and a breadstick. That said, I found the spaghetti lacking in flavor and a bit tasteless, though the salad was quite good. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the excellent customer service—otherwise, the taste doesn’t really suit me.

Danny was an awesome bartender and great experience all around. Food was stellar and drinks were just right. Thank you Danny for a great time!

It was a post funeral get together with family and friends, and they accommodated us all wonderfully. Got a separate room and had great service! Recommend this place to anyone!

Joe made our dining experience at Olive Garden truly exceptional! From the moment we were seated, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure every part of our meal was perfect.

What really stood out was his genuine kindness and the way he made us feel like valued guests. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of care and energy to their work. Joe is a true professional and a credit to the Olive Garden team.

We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Joe!

The Olive Garden on Sunrise Blvd. has a friendly and kind wait staff. My neighbor and I were seated promptly upon entering. It was a Monday evening around 530 pm. There was a large group/party in a side room, and others like ourselves starting to trickle in.
Our waitress Grace filled us in about Olive Garden's specials for the evening.
As good as they sounded, I love the Chicken Gnocchi Soup with the endless salad and bread sticks. My neighbor had the pasta dish on the front of their menu. Our food was served hot, and our salad was cold and crispy.
We had enough food to eat and leftovers to take home.
I find that the taste of Olive Garden food is consistently the same, regardless of the location or state it's served in. And that is comforting. ☺️

Our table had some crumbs on it when we sat down. My lasagna was a little on the oily side. Nick gave us great service. The pay machine on the table grabbed my visa card info when I laid it unexpectedly in front of it. I was surprised as I had a gift card to use. The staff was very helpful in wanting to refund the balance and correct it immediately.

Olive garden has definitely gone down hill! Picked up my order and I only live 3 blocks away..our food was cold not even warm! Very strange seeing I was early to pick it up! It didn't taste good at all.the salad was not as fresh as it normally is..maybe it's this location.. next time it will be a different location....not impressed at all
