Our table had some crumbs on it when we sat down. My lasagna was a little on the oily side. Nick gave us great service. The pay machine on the table grabbed my visa card info when I laid it unexpectedly in front of it. I was surprised as I had a gift card to use. The staff was very helpful in wanting to refund the balance and correct it immediately.

Olive garden has definitely gone down hill! Picked up my order and I only live 3 blocks away..our food was cold not even warm! Very strange seeing I was early to pick it up! It didn't taste good at all.the salad was not as fresh as it normally is..maybe it's this location.. next time it will be a different location....not impressed at all

cons:
1.dirty cutlery with streaks and dried particles of something.
2. almost immediately took the menu. after which they came and asked what else we wanted and we had to remember what was on the menu.
3. there was an unpleasant smell. It would be good to think about better ventilation. pros: everything is quite tasty, they bring orders quickly, very polite employees.

Ordered Scampi with angel hair pasta. Found it very dry, lacking any flavor, very bland. Needs more garlic and sauce. Fixed it at home by adding olive oil, parmesan, and tons of gatmic.Slight salt and pepper.
Service by an Asian waitstaff was friendly and ourstanding. Atmosphere was great,and thed wonderfulchickenn gnocchi soup was hot and full of flavor. Breadsticks were warm, average. Kindly add more sauce and flavor to Scampi pasta dish. I'm not sure if all other pasta dishes are bland. I went there on Nov.11th, 2024, a holiday around 2 to 330pm. Bathroom was clean. Enjoy! Kid-friendliness: My friend's birthday that day, They gave us a complimentary piece of chocolate cake. Option to have a candle. She said no, to candle. The cake was great, rich and not too sweet.

Let me begin by saying their breadsticks are a little stale. But! the hostess with blonde hair makes up for the subpar food. Amelia is the light of my Olive Garden experience. I love when she carries her little ipad around. she looks so professionall! However, I ordered to go because i hoped amelia would handle my order but was greeted with an unwelcome and unimpressive and subpar young man named Michael. First, he kicked me and then he threw my food in my face. his voice was irritatingly high pitch similar to a dog whistle. 5 stars if not for annoying take out boy.

Got the shrimp and chicken by the time I got home it was the worst stuff I ever had called them up. They told me they would take care of it. Send me a voucher in the mail never did I recommend going to Arden Way big difference

I will never order again from here.
Last two orders, the quality of food was atrocious. Bread barely baked, as we're the meatballs. Tired of wasting my money on poor quality food
