Clean, friendly staff and Good Quality Pizza. I highly recommend stuffing that crust at home. String cheese stuffed crust! Do it!

Went to Papa Murphy's on tupelo Dr citrus heights CA. They refused to honor papa Murphy's own coupons that I received in the mail earlier this week. Coupon for free cookie dough with order over $15 refused even though order was 16.49. Also refused to honor large pizza for $10. I checked the coupons and they had no restrictions. Very disappointed as I am regular customer who has been going there for years. Don't see myself going back again

I enjoy coming here weekly. The food is always prepared on time, the service there is great. I recommend that people get the chicken bacon artichoke it’s delicious!

Well I guess I learned my lesson on not tipping when I ordered online and did my own pick up I guess I'm to old and out of touch on these new rules of food purchases but in the end I paid for goods and services as advertised and this is what I got

Coming from someone who worked here for 2 weeks, this is not the kind of place you want to eat at. The sanitization standards are non existent. The front sink that is most accessible to wash your hands does not work, none of the employees wash their hands and no one wore gloves when handling the food. A lot of the pizza’s that would be made in advance like the cowboy would be in that freezer for way past their expiration date and would still be used to give out to customers. The dough itself has a 3 day expiration date when after that 3 days you’re supposed to throw it out, but a lot of that dough would still be used to make pizzas and be given out to customers on a regular basis to “save money”. The dishwasher cleaning standards are non existent as well, with the sink filled with soap being completely filled with gunk and filth and not be changed throughout the entire day, none of the bowls, containers, knives, or mixing equipment was ever truly cleaned. The sanitation buckets are supposed to be changed every 3 hours due to debris and food getting inside of it but those buckets would stay there the whole day and get extremely dirty and gross making the countertops extremely dirty and never clean. And last but not least, the reason I quit was because I had found meatballs in the bottom of the food drawer that had been 2 months expired and had mold caked all over them. When I asked the general manager of the store where I should throw them away, he said to just cut off the parts with mold and leave the rest. Someone actually bought those meatballs that day and to that person I’m sorry I wasn’t able to warn you about it and I hope you’re doing okay. In all this restaurant is a major health hazard and should not remain open.

This place has turned into an absolute clown show. Turns out it's due to new ownership. I ordered an hour in advance. I arrive and you can clearly see no orders are ready for anybody. " Training " was the reason one pizza wasn't made in an hour. I managed a papa Murphy's for 10 years , this guy thought he was in a rush. Oh I definitely don't wish his arrogant attitude any luck in the future. As I told him I'm leaving he said " doesn't matter" I explained to him it does matter. Laugh now, cry later. I'll purchase the location at a discount if need be to prevent your future bankrupty. Just hit me up. Thank you.
