I haven’t been to Papa Murphy’s in years becauae of poor experiences, but being in a new area, I decided to try it again. I ordered something online that was unavailable and received great customer service to find an alternative and was offered free sauces for the inconvenience. I also had wonderful service picking it up, and the pizza and calzone were delicicious! They were so well made and full of toppings. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely order from this location again.

This was my first time at this location and it will now be my first choice, even though it is not the closest. My order was ready, I was greeted pleasantly, and there was no chaos with the employees.

The owners/employees who work at this location are so nice! They are very friendly and always do a great job with my order. They are fast when making the pizzas too, they are always finished by the time I come to pick them up which can't be said about many other locations. I love that Papa Murphy's offers dairy free cheese as well. I only hope that some day they add some vegan meat options!
Vegetarian options: The original and thin crust pizza is vegan if you get dairy-free cheese and no meat. Many toppings are vegan, too.

My pizza's were ready when I arrived, which was before my online order said they would be ready. They were exactly as expected.

Ordered 4 different xl pizzas (1 stuffed). They must be trying to remedy a food cost issue because their xl stuffed was 14 inches, not 16, and not really “stuffed” but very flat. Plus customer svc not great, they placed 4 2liter bottles of soda in 1 bag! Would not recommend this place.

I'm writing this comment because I'm very upset . Today I ordered 4 pizzas using the promo code BOGO, and when I picked up the pizzas, I saw that there was very little of everything on the pizza. When I asked the owner why there is almost no mushrooms, she said, "You have a pizza with a discount and you're still complain." I worked at Papa Murphy's and I know what amount of toppings on recipe ,I don't recommend this store. Location on Greenback , Citrus Heights
