However, when the final receipt came, there was another line for tip (an additional 18% minimum requested in top of the baked in tip.) This place, for this deceptive practice at the expense of naive customers alone, should cease to exist. When I called the main waitress out, she shooed me and my family away. I would simply not eat here and give them any business.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon with a family friend before bringing him home so He could go to work at 1:00PM. This is My first time going to this Vietnamese restaurant in Citrus Heights. I've seen this place before when I was riding Bus Route #1 going from Sunrise Mall Transit Center to Watt/I-80 Light Rail Station. I ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Large Bowl and Root Beer with light ice. The other person ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Small Bowl and Heineken Beer.

Always good experience. I get the chicken spring rolls with fish sauce, order 86, and BBQ pork fried rice and I'm set for a few days of lunches. But really there hasn't been anything on the menu ive ordered and didn't like. Best Pho in town phosho

I have eaten here many times over the years and never had a bad meal. My favorite is the 52 with chicken. It be comes with three skewered shrimp a two good egg-rolls.
