Pie is ok. They have messed up on my pizza quite a few times. It's strictly take out there is no atmosphere here. Service they take your money and give you the pie.

I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone. I had a door dasher deliver my pizza and when I didn’t answer my door he opened my door and let out my big, not so friendly to other animals, dog. Who opened someone’s door!? Then he refused to leave when I said get off my property and leave my home. Anyways I called Pizza Hut and talked to Scott and was told I had to give the order back to the driver if I wanted him to leave. I said I’ve already opened and used it to try to entice my dog to come to me. He’s said it’s ok just give the order back & he will be forced to come back to Pizza Hut as a refusal. So I did then I proceeded to ask for the order again be delivered by someone else of course and I requested compensation for this man violating my privacy and releasing my dog. They wouldn’t do it and I still had to pay FULL price for the order now 2 hours after originally ordering it. They said I could get a refund from door dasher since they are the ones who did it. I called door dasher since and they called the Pizza Hut to request a refund to me and that they will then pay Pizza Hut and they refused. Garbage.

I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut location for the past 2 years and I recently placed an order through the app for a Big Dinner Box with pasta, and everything was perfect--from the food to the service.
When I arrived, the food was still hot and fresh. My entire order was correct, and the older gentleman who was working that night went above and beyond. He kindly opened each box to show me the food and make sure everything was up to my expectations. He was friendly, thoughtful, and made sure I left happy. That level of customer care really stood out to me.
I don't understand why this place sometimes gets a bad reputation -- at night especially, they're efficient, kind, and clearly take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the consistency and warmth I get every time I stop by.

The baddest customer service I have ever experienced. I made my order and received confirmation what time it would be ready! My Wife drove almost 30 minutes to pick it up. Samantha good as she felt to Not do her job today, lied and said she called me and my order was cancelled. When talking to the so called manager Scott I see who she's led by. Had ya'll called me and high as gas is WHY WOULD WE DRIVE SO FAR TO PICK UP OUR FOOD. They NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT US AGAIN...FYI YOU NEED BETTER LEADERSHIP TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Please don't be Fooled by Samantha five star review when she's part of the Problem at this LOCATION & It's REALLY SAD!! It's really sad when the employee post their review behind yours on Yelp and also if it was just me.. if the food and customer service is so Great... Why is this store one of the lowest stats on Yelp. Again it wasn't about my order being canceled, because I understand things happen. It was the fact Samantha looked my Wife in the face and Know She Lied. Had I received one call the drive never would've been made. Own what you didn't do and that's your job that you say the team do so well. Lies and said you called me four times and I had not one call from your store, yet you Know you didn't call me.

What a waste of 30 dollars for a cheese pizza. Charge 25 cent delivery fee on door dash yet charge like 5.99 for service fee 23 something dollars for 1 cheese pizza. I should have gone a grabbed a frozen pizza, atlesst it would actually taste like something.
