They closed 4 hours early. said they were short staffed. the least they could have done is call me before I drove there to pickup my on-line order. . They said they had closed for an hiur already. 7pm? Posted hours are till 11

I ordered the new spicy pepperoni and when I got it, it had jalapeños on it. Apparently they had run out of red peppers and substituted jalapeños but didn’t bother telling me. When I called to find out what happened, I received no apology, no refund or credit and no call back from the manager.

Our experience was horrible! Over $73 for two pizzas and 1 pack of dry wings! The pizzas and wings were horribly dry, I didn't choose a heart shaped pizza but I guess it changed on my order. That pizza wasn't cut, there was no crust on most spots of the pizza. On my "large" pizza, 2 toppings weren't even there! And it was horribly dry. 2 of us had horrible stomach aches about 10 minutes after eating, and we're still feeling it now the next morning. And to top it off it was over $73!! My worst experience! The price was well above what I remember paying months ago!

Commercials online were offering a large meat lovers for $10. Website even displayed the same thing. When I placed the order online, they called me back to tell me they wouldn't honor the order unless I paid an additional $2. Apparently, they are a "franchise" and the website/commercials are wrong.
