Ordered $57 in wings. Did not get what I ordered. Didn't want to go back. NOTHING had the sauce it should have. Just dry wings.EVERY single time I order food it's wrong. Even if I go inside and pick it up and look. It's wrong 90% of the time. Taste great. But not what I ordered. In their waiting room I tried with the APP to order and use my points and get the 6 free wings. It was so slow and refused to work that I had to give up and just order at the counter. That's a NO on wings from now on...

EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY, RUDE, ENTITLED especially this crossed eyed mid 30 African American worker, thats always on her personal cell phone talking with friends or family while shes serving costumers AND HAS THE AUDACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU IF YOU INTERRUPT HER CONVERSATION TO ASK FOR HONEY,STRAW,ect!!!! Management better do something, before this place gets shut down, or for sure add unnecessary drama at a chicken spot in Citrus Heights. I was raised in the hood, but this place is straight GHETTO!!!!! FIRE EVERYONE and save your place with a better hiring process , because the food is still ?????

Popeyes has the best fried chicken. I just love it. I usually enjoyed it With my boyfriend on our way home after work. The outside is crispy and inside's tender and juicy. Saltiness is good. We also like the mashed potatoes, but it uses a lot of pepper, so plz be careful if you don't like it.All good, but I do need to mention I feel the service is slow...maybe I was just hangry.

Great Popeyes. Inside is really nice, service was very fast and friendly, and the chicken was hot and juicy. Went on a Friday around noon.
The only Popeyes that doesn't make you wait half an hour to get your food. If they mess up, they go above and beyond to fix it. This one is super new and modern too. Sometimes the sandwiches are a little too saucy but otherwise the quality of the food is great and juicy.
