I've been ordering from Prepped Eats for almost a year now and as a competitive masters athlete and busy professional I love their stuff. I've used a bunch of other services, but I love the local prep from them and the meals are macro-correct, but also not frozen and really very tasty!

Recently they went above and beyond in customer service when I had some meals stolen off my front porch... first time for everything! I reached out to them and the owner personally responded and delivered some meals for me free of charge to keep me covered for the week! NEXT LEVEL!!!

I regret not finding Prepped Eats earlier!! I had looked at other local companies, but for some reason, they delivered all around but not IN my neighborhood. For the past several months, I have been getting meals delivered from Tempo with mixed results.

My husband found Prepped Eats after we received our delivery from Tempo that was warm and unsafe to eat. It was after the cut-off time to place an order with Prepped Eats, but I reached out on Instagram to see if they could help us at all. Luckily, they responded quickly with some follow-up questions and said they were able to help us out! They were incredibly courteous and sympathetic to our situation.

Our meals were delivered on Sunday without incident. I appreciated having the time window so I knew when to expect my delivery. The very first meal my son and I had were salmon meals. As soon as we opened our containers, we knew this was legit. The presentation, quality, and taste are phenomenal! All of the meals we had last week were amazing! Packed with protein and with fresh ingredients, I found myself snacking less throughout the day because the meals from Prepped Eats have been keeping me full for longer periods of time.

We are so lucky Prepped Eats was able to fit us in. I canceled our subscription to Tempo, and we just received our second order today. It was, again, perfectly packed, delivered with care and a smile, and we got a juice to try thrown into our order!

These are such a saver for us. We cook during the weekends, but weekdays are just so busy; I'm a teacher, my husband works nights, and our teenaged son goes to college full time and works part time. We are enjoying having quality meals at whatever time of day we make it to the kitchen. The meals Prepped Eats made for us have helped us avoid takeout and eat healthier, quality meals during those busy days. We look forward to continuing to order from Prepped Eats.

Meals actualy taste very good compared to other meal prep companie, plus they are local so you get them delivered to you in no time.

Prepped Eats has been life changing! I love how I don’t need to worry about lunch or dinner, and am confident about how much protein etc I am getting everyday. It’s been really great for building consistency in my habits and I’ll be ordering from them for as long as possible.

I have worked with many caterers, but the food for this caterer was fresh, seasoned well, and most all delicious. The Herb Chicken and also, the Tri-tip along with the cilantro sauces was superb! No one knew it had cilantro--that's how tasty it was. Pricing was excellent for what we received-NO Shrinkflation.

We've been ordering meals from Prepped Eats for quite a few months now. The meals are tasty and consistently good! The delivery service is prompt and very convenient. We've tried a lot of other services that ship the food to us (as opposed to delivery) and they don't even come close. Having the food made and delivered locally is definitely a huge improvement in the freshness of the food. We had some meals stolen off of our porch this week and Prepped Eats came out in person the next day to help us figure out a better drop-off location and they even brought some replacement meals for us! Top notch customer service!

I am so glad I gave prepped eats a try! I don’t think I could go back! It has made my life easier not having to think about what we’re having for dinner. I look forward to my meals knowing it’s going to taste good. The Prepped Eats team has been amazing over the last several months that we have been ordering from them. Their Korean BBQ chicken is one of our favorites but all of the meals have been great and are such a staple of our routine now for having healthy and quick options when we are on the go. My fiance and I plan to continue to use them for time to come and happily recommend them :)

I’m so glad that this meal service exists! As a single mom with two teens, I love the ability to order a la carte. We can each choose the meals we want. And the delivery packaging is reused by the company and the meal packaging is recyclable. And I love that they provide the meals’ nutritional info. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
