Well, the grand experiment is over. This place opened to so much excitement and anticipation. This neighborhood was willing to adopt you. All you had to do was provide decent food at a reasonable price. Failed on all accounts, and so many 1 star reviews eventually did you in. Farewell and goodbye. Maybe we’ll get a nice Mexican place here.

Ordered at the drive thru and was told to park in a specific spot to wait for the food, which they said would be 10 minutes. Waited for 15 and checked in at the window and they gave our food to someone else. Absolute garbage service.

Unfortunately my wife our daughter and i chose to eat lunch here today 12/3/24 and my wife and daughter went to order while i was finishing a phone call so as i join them i as theyre being handed our food i asked if they had a restroom i could use and the young lady said no we don't have one, so I thought to myself i believe any establishment that sales hot food is required to have a restroom, and about this time her MUCH LARGER coworker steps halfway out the door in a semi aggressive manner and i calmly ask isnt it law to have a restroom if you sale hot food he says not if your not a dine in establishment !!! WRONG anyone whom may be concerned to know look up Ca. State law AB1632 ALONG with health and safety code 118700-118703 any establishment that sells to the public is mandatory by law to allow public customer or not to use employee's restroom !! With all that said i believe in my heart due to me approaching the window after my wife received the food they thought i was unhoused and due to being a dirty construction worker who makes well into 6 figures a yr it upset me prior to eating the cold cheeseburgers and soggy fries that i paid $50 for which is normal for us 3 !! Never again infact I told my wife to throw it all in the trash so at that point they would realize i was the paying customer !! Hope you all have a better experience i know the old location off madison ave years ago was amazing!!

The service was phenomenal! Carl was so friendly and helpful with making my order! He went the extra step to make sure I was happy with my order! The food was great, but would recommend the spicy chicken sandwich over the burger! The funnel cake fries were SO good! The regular fries here are so delicious!!! By far the best fries I’ve had compared to other fast food chains! They use Beef Tallow!!!! That is very uncommon unfortunately, but they still do it!
Bought my son and I 2 Double cheeseburgers. They gave us no ketchup, no napkins and a way over valued meal. This is exactly why I don't eat out anymore. Over $30 Dollars This is crazy+ first and last time eating here!

Absolutely love their food. It's not a big sit-in location, this one, but they have the best fries hands down. Burgers are dee-lish and they even have some other staples like Chicken Wings!

The food is good and cooked when ordered instead of kept heated. The employees always have a smile for you and are ready to take your order. The food is prepared to actually try to look like the pictures unlike other fast food places.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has easy access to the ordering counter in front of the building and drive thru can be easily managed with bigger trucks and vans. The menus are big and easy to read, can go right up to them in the front.

Ordered 2 of the DeepSea Fish sandwiches and they were clearly microwaved and tasted bland. The lettuce and onion were soggy. They're normally worth the 20 mile drive, but not this time. The app also wasn't working, because the internet was down, so I didn't get my points either. My dog enjoyed most of them because they were cold in the middle and I couldn't finish them. They were just terrible. Incredibly disappointed.
