We decided to give them a try after a 15+ year hiatus over poor food/service. Boy were we missing out. Our waitress was awesome. The food was fantastic. We ordered the queso and chips, the tower of onion rings and 3 burgers. The onion rings were fresh and crunchy. My hubby couldn't get enough of the queso. Their ranch is off the hook, and burgers were great. The fries honestly were the only weak link, but it wasn't enough to detract from the rest of the experience....

I recently revisited the Red Robin in Citrus Heights with my mother, and I must say, the experience was a delightful surprise. In the past, our visits were marred by slow service, understaffing, and a lack of personal attention. However, this time was a complete turnaround.

This is a rare, my family(2 adults 6 kids) continue going to a place that I would consider mediocre. The staff seems to always be short handed and less than genuine when serving your table. My family is a little noisy but respectful and we are decent tippers. We always clean our area including floor stack dishes nicely. Bill is around $100 and tip $30 when service is not great. $50+ when stand out service. Food is the strong point and made consistently well. We like bottomless...
