It's would be nice if the karaoke person didn't sing 2 to 3 songs between other people singing one. We get it the karaoke person is a great singer. But when you have 20+ people waiting ri sing I don't think the karaoke host needs to sing at all let alone twice inbetween a person wiring to sing their second song. The bar seems to only have one bartender on a Saturday night so you are waiting 10+ minutes waiting for a drink. Could be great but seems to miss so much....

Oh man, this place brings back memories, haven't been there in 7-8 years. Tuesdays , 2 for one drinks. Some amazing singers. And I played my harmonica a few times there. Great atmosphere. The bouncers were my only bad vibe there. Worth stopping by.

This place is a dump. Great place to go if you are looking to get into a fight or if you're looking for ugly chicks. The bouncers, especially the fat Mexican dude mentioned and photoed in another's review of this place is a complete ass. You can tell they are looking for an opportunity to put their hands on someone. The only thing worth going there is Jessica. She's the nicest bartender ever and has worked there like 15 years. Other than that, it's a shit hole.The owner Rocky has several other bars, but this is the crown jewel of the dive bars. Oh, and Citrus Heights PD will snatch you up leaving there, so be careful leaving.

I would rate this location with 5 stars because the karaoke lounge and DJ was A M AZ IN G and so much fun. But the two bartenders in the outside bar on 7/22 were some of the rudest women I every encountered in my life. There was a blonde with tattoos and a brunette with a pony tail who is really tarnishing the patrons experience. I traveled hrs to visit family and they recommended we go here and after a round of drinks and dancing in the outside lounge we were treated like we were bothering them. I told her I don't live here and was told this was a great place to experience and the bartender response was "good for you and I'm so happy you don't live here" she treated me like dirt and I told her that this is not the industry for her as no one who represents an establishment should treat paying customers they way we were treated and she said take it up with management. They rolled their eyes at me and was so rude that another bystander jumped in to my defense and said "don't treat her like that" to that the bartender was like she can treat me what ever way she pleases. I would never in my life go back here or recommend any of my loved ones to go there if this is the level of service and care that is giving to paying respectable patrons of this establishment. I would love to hear back from management as I hope this is not seen as acceptable to them neither. This business could thrive even more if those bartenders were not there.

Got a nice ambiance, cool place I've been to a few times. Bartending was good. During the time the wife and I were there a rude young woman kept obnoxiously bumping into my wife when there was plenty of room at the bar top. Words were exchanged and had to leave, didn't want to spend the rest of the evening in jail due to bar room fight. Apparently this place is known for rowdiness. Proceed with caution should you go.
I got thrown out of this shitty little bar last night because I wouldn't show my ID so the door troll could scan it into the law enforcement database. I'm a 67 year old wounded combat vet limping up with a cane and they need to see my ID? You ain't that special.

The sound system at Rocky's 7440 Club is terrible. The music is distorted, and you can barely make out the lyrics. Rocky's 7440 Club fails miserably in that aspect.

It was a vibe since it was my first time. .We came here as a group to come get lit with a party and some karaoke. .After I got situated with a seat, I was stuck there til I was done. Otherwise it was busy and my seat might be gone. .So when I looked at the crowd it was a fun crowd. People came over to join us and sing together. We were just vibing. .So when I looked across the room and I saw a look alike twin of my other half. I was missing my other half to be there to have a good time. It was fun and I was admiring her laughs and giggles. She was just having a good time. .Drinks I had a gin and tonic, well which was only 6 bucks. Taylor the bar tender was nice, try his best to be quick and get the drinks refilled in a quickly manner. Loved the drinks and it was strong too. .Overall if you love to karaoke come. If you love strong drinks come. If u like to have a good time come. We all like coming here to karaoke. They now charge a 5 dollar fee to enter, not sure if before but for me it was the first time.
