Very impressed with this location! 1st thing I noticed was how clean it looked. There was 6 people in line ahead of me but they were very efficient. Hannah was very personable, funny and attentive. I noticed she knew a lot of these customers by name. Her service was above and beyond, even when a customer had a gripe she still had him leave with a smile on his face- even though he was going to have to call corporate to resolve his issue! She communicated great with her staff as well. I drove to this location, passing 2 other Round Tables closer to me, for a special they were having but with today's experience I might make the "trek" to this location as it is well worth it. I did ding a star on the "food" category however as the twists were cooked as one log and that leaves the centers squishy, and the pizza toppings were not well distributed. Regaurdless, hands down great experience.

This location exceeds my expectations on service every time. I’m usually greeted no less than twice when I walk in. The crew is always busy and they’ve never gotten my order wrong.The ambience is as expected, kind of cold and ideal for nothing more than a short chat over a Guinness while you wait for your pizza.

I happened to have Round Table Pizza when I visited Sacramento for Christmas. I went to the Round Table at 4400 San Juan Ave. It was excellent. Round Table Pizza at 4400 San Juan Ave gets 5 stars. Round Table Pizza at 7943 Greenback Lane gets less than 1 star. The latter is part of a different ownership group. For good Round Table Pizza go to 4400 San Juan Ave.

So, let me get this straight, you charge me a fee for delivery, then charge me a fee for ranch, then charge me a fee for using my card...You going to charge me extra for bringing my pizza in a pizza box? Good way to never get me to order pizza from your location ever again. Fucking scam. Edit: You have to love out of touch owners who get their feelings hurt over an honest review from a longtime customer. Good luck keeping your Visa POS after they find out you charge their customers a fee for using their card (in violation of the TOS you agreed to when you signed up for that service). You should have stuck to being a dishwasher because you couldn't run a hot dog stand.

This place needs to be sanitized top to bottom very nasty. Gross apearing workers. Charged me $1.25 to pay for our food, no notice at all or cash option offered, not good. Everything had a film of grease in it not clean, Generally dirty.... Don't go there !!!!
