Today 12/23/24 I order pizza and my sister order 24 piece wings. When we got home we were missing the 12 wings we got the other 12 than I had to go get more wings so I couldn’t enjoy the pizza we picked up and had my sisters eat. While coming back to finally eat pizza, I found this hair in my pizza. It wasn’t mine and nor do I want to start troubles before the holidays. I called and asked for some compensation my pizza was cold and it’s not my hair I found. These men cooking need to wear a hair net cause that’s nasty. When I called they were no help at all spoke with RJ? AJ and than a Will and than lastly someone else told me what I order and none of what he told me back had black short hair on it. I asked for compensation own up Round Table. And he like he can send in a request? A request??!! Wow I asked multiple times when is the manager going to be in and can I speak to a manager finally he told me tomorrow. Guess we can see how tomorrow goes smh. Disgusting. One Star all around! Please don’t come here you will find hair in your food smh

This place was so busy Saturday that most people were waiting 30-40 mins to order. I truly felt sorry for the young man at the register, all by himself, they were completely under staffed

Delivery was more than an hour late. Pizza was not hot when it arrived. Burnt around the edges. Two separate phone calls to find out what happened and no apologies. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

First time trying to eat here.. it was absolutely disgusting... we ordered our food and there was only 3 tables not dirty. The soda machine was never cleaned and moldy. This is the worst round table ever. Also they have no specials like every other round table... what we were going to pay 90 for.. we ended up leaving and going to our normal 1 and paid 65$... I will never go back.

What in the actual heck is going on!! I called in an order @445 pm. Placed an order for one large and one small pizza for delivery. Qas quoted 40-50 MAX. An hour and 10 min later I call to see what the eta status is and I’m the guy sets down the phone and walks away. 12 minutes later I hang up and call back. Apparently RT is using an answering service now and I can not get through to the store at all. 630 pm some guy brings the pizza that works for DoorDash? Pizza is cold and I didn’t get a receipt or anything!

Decent food once it arrived. Salad bar missing a lot of items. Service was lacking any sense of caring about customers. Bathrooms and main dining room not being cleaned on any regular basis. Not a thing done to clean tables or bathrooms while we were there. All for over $115 to eat there. What a deal!

This place is severely under staffed all the time. Having to wait over an hour for a dine in because there’s only two people working the entire place and about thirty customers ordering food.
Do not order from them, charged me $50 for a large pizza, and delivered me a small one, I will be taking a professional stand against this act immediately. Thank You.

Was super fast service. GREAT staff. Delicious Pizza. Wow this location was extremely clean.It is one of the best places to acomidate big groups Fun lil game area. My only complaint I should have ordered a larger size.

Went in bought breadsticks 4 sodas and salad and a pitcher of beer $64.00 then went back up ordered 2 large pizzas $72.00 thought to myself if your going to eat where the high class eat your going to have to pay like the high class. So where I lost it was went back to get more salad they said its one trip only $136.00 in and couldn't even get more salad if I would have known I would have put more salad in the little bowl .
