Love coming to this store because I'm not constantly harassed to wear a mask or to pull it up to my forehead like Costco and other stores. Great customer service. They really try to put there customers first.

The store is dumpy. The employees are rude and not helpful. And it's located in a dicey area.

Been here several times and have never had a bad experience yet. Never even had a problem with any of the employees. Always managed to find things that me and my mom need to get.

I haven't really shopped at Sam's Club in years as the quality and customer service doesn't even come close to that of Costco. I have retained my membership card simply to buy automotive batteries from Sam's. I needed to replace a battery for a newer vehicle, but unfortunately, my dealer could not make the non OEM part work. I tried to return to the battery, within 30 days of purchase and WITH my original receipt.....and ironically, wanted to exchange it for another battery. The lady at the returns desk sent me to the automotive department. The man that helped me, informed me that batteries were non-refundable and non-returnable, to which I replied, I wasn't aware of that, when I purchased the battery and asked where the signage, stating this policy was. He told me it was online. My understanding is Sam's return policy covers everything, 100%! I couldn't find any policy online. I then asked to speak to the store manager, Tyrone, very short and rude individual. He too proceeded to tell me he could pull up the policy online and show me, which is pointless. If Sam's policy dictates all auto battery sales are FINAL!!!! There should be signage at point or purchase. Had I known this, I would not have purchased a non OEM battery that might or might not work. I told Tyrone that if they wouldn't accept a return, I would get my membership refunded. I then said, so, company policy says it's ok to lose a member, who wanted to EXCHANGE the battery for another, to which he replied YES. I then went to the returns desk and explained the situation. The girl seemed shocked and stated her understanding was "they return everything with a smile". She quickly refunded the full amount for the battery and then my membership fee. Ironically, the supervisor that finalized the refund of my membership made a snarky comment as she walked away...."see ya"! Actually, no, you won't, as I will never step foot into another Sam's Club as long as I live. It's pretty clear why their business is suffering, while Costco flourishes, it's because they understand quality and customer service. I'll be happy to dedicate all of my club business to Costco moving forward, Sam's Club has really, really done down hill in the worst way. Good luck with that!

I love Sam's Club. I love the online and pick up option as well. I really appreciate the new scan option at the filling station. It's so convenient especially if you don't have your card. Keep up the great work guys.

I could go in here for a few things and come out buying that times 20. There is always something new and they always have great prices. I also like that they have not only various grocery products, but clothing, office accessories, furniture, jewelry, household appliances and more. They even have their own optical services and offer discount pricing on tires and more. They have friendly staff that are always helpful and the store is sanitary and clean. Although sampling has been discontinued due to COVID-19, I am sure they will later bring it back. You can place an order via computer and pick it up at the store to ensure safety of COVI-19. We like picking up a couple of hotdogs, or a slice of pizza at their food court. They also have hamburgers and cheeseburgers, yogurt parfait, and other food items. The only thing I don't like is that I end up spending a lot more money than I planned on spending because of so many items featured in the store. I always leave with quite a full cart.

I joined Sam's Club, because of a deal I got on Groupon. I'm glad I did. The selection and prices in the store, as well as the prices at the gas pump are comparable to Costco over on Auburn Boulevard, but Sam's has several advantages. Sam's does curbside pickup, Costco does not. You just log in to the webpage and set a pickup date and time. You can usually get a pickup date on the next day or so. You just select what you want to buy, you'll get a notification when it's ready to be picked up, and then you drive down and they load it into your car for you. No fuss, no muss, no contact. If you want to shop inside the warehouse, the prices and selections are good, the warehouse is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. When it comes to checking out, again, Sam's has the advantage. They have the standard check out, They have a self check out, or for even more convenience, you can shop via the Sam's app on your phone. You scan the item's barcode on your phone as you put it in your cart. When you are ready to check out, you just go hit the "check out" button on your app, and pay right over the phone. You then show the phone as you exit the store. You don't even *have* to go through the check out. Again, all Costco has is the standard check out lines, which are going to be mobbed at busy times. I like Sam's. I will be staying as a customer.

a women got into me and my families face tonight, and started a a yelling and cussing match and staff blamed me and my family for it when we just bought a 400 dollar tv and trying to walk out. and staff treated us like crap, i will never shop at this location and will advise others not to as well. it was a horrible experience one staff member even said we caused a problem all day, we were there for 30 mins, he told us we couldnt prep our food inside but yet u have people prepping food in the cafe and giving out samples instore, no signs posted. almost like we were being singled out. never again spending money at ur location. 0 out 5 stars, ur team has no ethics. this happened on 12/31/20 around 5 p.m pst

This store deserves Negative 8 stars. WTF ppl spend$45 for membership is the membership is useless. Let's start with Items thst at are in minimal quantities and not in bulk or larger quantities. If i want to by individually i go to Walmart. Inside the store evrything scattered around the store, example will be the garbage bags are with forks and plates and not in janitorial isle where all related items at. Self check registest have no cash accepting feature and have to go to regular register to pay with cash. And at tge gas pumps credit or sams club gift cards only but cash nit accepted. WTF being member if you cant save at gas pump and pay for cheaper gas if cash not accepted, Is it too hard to keep 1 person in a booth with single reguster to accept cash for gas pumps?
