I love this Smashburger, but this visit was terrible. The staff were yelling negatively about another co-worker and I don't think I'll be coming back again for a while at least. The food wasn't great either :(

Great space with a really genuine and energetic staff! Bummed that the Folsom location got shut down but the drive out to Sunrise is worth it for people and food like they have it here. 11/10 would recommend!
1/29/26 Edit: Came here on a separate night and was super impressed by how the crew handled themselves when a big ole rush came in. Line to the door and the two front of house workers were killer and kudos to the kitchen staff for being really quick with getting the food out! Seriously competent staff 😤

The staff here, particularly Luna are just awesome. Very attentive and kind. They made sure my order, meal and experience was next level. Thank you all for making an ordinary Monday night into an extraordinary night.
The food was WONDERFUL! We had a good time sitting, eating and talking. This was our monthly GLO. Use to be 3 of us, however a very special friend to the both of us passed away almost two years ago and she is missed tremendously!! The two of us had a great lunch, talked alot and enjoyed each other's company!!

Raylynn was beyond exceptional! She really cares and it shows. She greated every customer and doordash/pick person very warmly and let them know what was going on. She was extremely positive and hyped up her team....i assume shes a supervisor or manager and if shes not, she without a doubt needs to be!!! She is why i am writing this review, i dont normally review casual restaurants.
Also the food was great. Prepared very well. Burger had only an ever so slight pink and was still very hot. Fries cooked perfectly. Everything was wonderful but Raylynn is truly someone special she would excell in management here or anywhere she decides to go. Shed do great as a waitress and a nice restaurant as well. We'll definitely be back to see Raylynn.

To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. Hands down worst burger I have EVER tasted in my life and I've eaten gas station burgers. Seriously, I don't know what someone was thinking when they served this awful thing but they clearly do NOT care about their job, the customers or anything else for that matter. What I received was criminal. It's like it was cooked and then sat on a flattop on low for several hours, then under a heat lamp for several more hours, then refrigerated over night, reheated under a heat lamp again and then slapped into a fresh bun. The burger patty, cheese and bacon were indiscernible. It was all one flat, dry, puck. All of the same dark brown color. No it wasn't the bean patty. The texture was burger.
