Terrible, got my order completely wrong, soggy fries, tasteless burger, awful I called them to express my concerns, the gal basically hung up and told me to bring it up with door dash. Not quite sure what door dash has to do with an awful burger and fries from smash burger. VERY disappointed with my first and definitely my last experience with smash burger.

I ordered a BBQ, bacon, cheddar crispy chicken sandwhich tonight through Grubhub. I received a plain bun with 2 onion rings. NO bbq sauce, no bacon, no cheddar. What a disappointment. The fries tasted days old, threw them out. The only thing that was decent was the oreo shake.
