Loud music, loud staff and not paying attention to details when taking orders.

I noticed that they have a Peet's Coffee shop inside, well Peet's should pull the franchise from them. It was the worst Mocha Frappe I have ever had, tasted nothing like a Peet's Mocha whatsoever!

Went in twice in order that the Cobb salad. The price is pretty fair. The salad is pretty darn good. I have no complaints. I will come back here and eat again

Super tasty sandwiches and their bread is INCREDIBLE. 4 stars because for some reason when you order the southwest chicken salad on DoorDash it requires you to show ID???? I’m assuming someone on the back end pressed the wrong button?

The food is really good here they got four stars because they are really pricey on their sandwiches but other than that everything else is good.

The sandwiches were delicious. The bread and veggies were fresh, the meat had good flavor not like some plain tasting generic brands. The staff was friendly. I will definitely go back again.

This place used to be great. I'm not sure what happened. The bread was dry and even slightly burnt. Hopefully the other sourdough and cos in the area are still high quality.

I called the store to explain about our order and for some reason, the lady on the phone didn’t really understand what I was trying to tell her I ordered two turkey sandwiches and one with no tomato lettuce and we ordered it through GrubHub and we order all the time and it just came plain all turkey and a bread no amenities at all and the lady on the phone she just didn’t have no clue in the world. I just don’t understand why would people wanna work in this establishment and not care about their clients so I’m given one star because of rudeness and one star because not even apologetic about our sandwich

I ordered a Reuben and got just cold pastrami on bread. I’m not normally one to complain about a mistake on a food order, but that’s pretty objectively NOT a reuben.

It had good sandwiches and okay ones. Meat quantity can be really slim. Bread is always soft and fresh tasting. The inconsistency is annoying. The prices are consistent though. Priced for the best service and product so it's a bummer I can't afford for them to keep disappointing me. Won't be tricked again to cause shame upon myself.

3 four inch sandwiches and soup for $60. All of it was horrible. Sandwiches were sloppy and the soups were cold. Staff could care a less about the quality. I would be embarrassed to own this business. You need to get it together or get out of town.

Customer service amazing, very friendly, Good atmosphere to chill and have lunch or dinner. The sandwich was just okay. Also it was $17 for tuna sandwich chips and drink. Seems to be a little expensive for what you get.
