As a former barista, I am completely appalled at the way that the store operates. My husband, two days ago, went through the drive-through with my order, which is always the same a quad shot, espresso, iced, in Venti cup, filled with half-and-half and five pumps of white chocolate. The employee told him she could not bring it up like that she proceeded to charge him for a Venti white mocha, which is just about double the price with one less shot of espresso, then a quad, unless the drink menu has changed since I worked there, and it was made with regular milk versus half-and-half .My drink that was supposed to be just over 4 dollars was now almost 8. My husband didn’t get a name but she was wearing striped pants. She had darker skin and darker hair. No I’m not racist. This is ridiculous. There’s no reason why she couldn’t have rang it up the way that he had ordered it. She just simply was either one lazy and didn’t feel like entering it as a quad espresso with the extra syrups and half-and-half, etc. or she was really just trying to be a jerk.

Decent location. Parking was easy. Drink made correctly. Only complaint would be there made my drink and sat it to the side and never called it ready so it was pretty melted down by the time I got it.

I got there at 845am drip coffee was not made yet. Waited over 10 minutes nearly finished my breakfast sandwich before having to ask for my coffee again. After finishing my coffee I asked the sever at the end of the bar for water. By 10am they were busy and there was a line. She said I had to order it at the register. LOL ridiculous. So I took my dollar tip back from the jar. Also when I got up to ask for water someone took my seat. This is why I usually make coffee at home. People suck.

Starbucks used to make you feel at home and like you mattered, and wanted to please. Now they act in autopilot similar to McD's but with better coffee.

Drinks are always good, but the customer service is wack. My daughter visits this location often, today she visited due to an online special. Between 12 - 6pm you can get a drink half off on the app only. She mentioned to the cashier whom clearly wasn’t listening, that she had the special. She receives the drinks and scans her card on the app, just to find out the special wasn’t applied. Her response was that you should have told me first, she did. In return we received an “I’m sorry “, no void, no do over, no nothing. Now, we will no longer frequent this location. Customer service is bad….

It's 9AM and my hunny and I walk in. Order our drinks sit down and just plan to relax for about an hour waiting on oil change service from up the street. The original service and drinks are good. Until about 30 minutes into our relax/chill sesh. All of a sudden it sounded like our 7 year old son was playing behind us with a box of bubble wrap popping each one as fast as possible. We turn around and low and behold it was the workers. This has continued for over 30 minutes even after multiple people looked over at them wondering why this is happening. One specific worker legit stood there helping a customer popping the bubble wrap while taking the order.

I work down the street from this Starbucks location and usually order ahead before going and they have never failed to disappoint. Their drive thru can be busy but inside is usually quick when I go. Love the team work here! Fast and efficient (:
