This location is either dead or crackin, but the staff is always friendly and my drinks/food are always right.

I passed by this Starbucks location at around 11:00AM, late yesterday morning. This is My first time going to this Starbucks location in Citrus Heights on Sunrise Blvd. I don't go to Starbucks that much now these days. When I came inside, none of the baristas greeted me. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappuccino Blended. The service was alright. I noticed My order took a little longer. It took at least 10 minutes for it to be ready. I was expecting it to be fast. Honestly, I would rate My Starbucks visit at this location to be a 7 out of 10.

The slowest Starbucks ever
This location is extremely slow service even if there’s no line at all and you’re the only car in the drive thru. The service is rude blunt and unwelcoming. This is not just one experience this has been every experience I have had the dozen times I’ve gone. The coffee is always weird and not good a massive disappointment. I hate leaving bad reviews but what is going on at this location?!

I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino at this Starbucks today, and it was absolutely incredible! I’ve had this drink at other places before, but the way the barista made it here was by far the best matcha I’ve ever tried. The strawberry foam was so delicious it almost tasted like ice cream. Hands down, the most delicious drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks! Thanks!

Rolled through the other day after a rough start to my morning and was trying to save money by ordering a beverage with no ice. Huge thank you to the manager / barista that helped me and saved me even more money and told me what to order next time. You guys are awesome!

TERRIBLE!
Placed a mobile order with enough time to prepare it and it was a drive thru one so we entered the drive thru, and there were about 6 cars which we couldn’t see, if I could I would have said park & went into the store. It probably still wouldn’t have been done if I went in the store! The drive thru line in total took 25 minutes. by the time we got to the window the girl said “sorry it took so long we had stuff going on” THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I bite was suppose to be a spicy falafel pocket, (IM VEGETARIAN, no animal meats)AND IT WAS THE SPICY CHICKEN WRAP INSTEAD…. and the label says on the bag “spicy falafel” THEY ALSO MADE MY DRINK TERRIBLE, the cold foam was melted!! my boyfriends sandwich was cold. soooo annoying after spending $17. starbucks is usually not my first pick but it’s great for convince and variety. Never going to this one again.
This Starbucks specifically is my favorite. Everyone is very sweet and always makes people's coffee quick and efficient. Definitely recommend 😃

Slow slow slow. I was the only person in the drive-through and I had enough time to find the location and write this entire review and I still haven’t gotten my drink yet. Just a tall vanilla latte without milk. Everyone here is just moving at a snails pace laughing on the intercom like they’re joking around in there.

I always have a great experience here. The window service is fast, friendly smiles and all around great service. Not all Starbucks locations are like that, but this one is good and fast.

Normally I don’t have many problems with the staff or drinks but I ordered a grande nitro cold brew with the white chocolate macadamia cream cold foam and the drink I got was HALF foam. I’ve never had a cold brew served that badly before. I don’t recommend ordering a nitro cold brew unless you have time to point out the LACK OF COFFEE in your drink.
I use to come every morning to this store and they always mess up my drinks no matter what it is, the employees who are the morning crew are never happy and always have an attitude. Today I asked for a grande shaken espresso and my drink was made a venti and it didn’t look like how it usually does and I asked if they can remake it in a grande and I saw them just pour the venti drink into the grande cup thinking that will fix it all. I can’t even enjoy drinks here anymore cause it just went down in quality. I hope management can fix this for future customers.
