Just got two footlongs that were very disappointing. Incredibly skimpy subs. My wife's bread was burnt to a crisp, and the bread on my untoasted sandwich was very dry. There was almost no meat and very little toppings. Definitely avoid this subway, it's obvious its a franchise that is trying to cut costs.

I walk in and she is eating her lunch and it’s 5pm no one else is working with her. As she was making my sandwich I noticed the produce was not as fresh, sandwich sucked. Then she said sorry I was eating because I had no time, tables are dirty. Low on stock such as chips and no lids for drinks. She is just in her phone and a customer walked in as she ate she let them wait and did not wash her HANDS!!!!!

This store service is zero there is working a lady in night time i tell her give me half and somthing and one sprite bottel after that i take a empety cup i tell her you can charge a empty cup also she said that no we charge a large drink not the cup i want ask your store manager if you dont have the knowledge how to run the store your store and enjoy because of your staff is so horrible i am not feel safe inside the store 😡😡😡😡 because you see the custmer and you make your own price i pay $16 for half bred veg and sprite bottel 20oz and emepty cup is $4 also whats the 😡😡😡 please take action on your staff or change your staff if you want to grow in future and i never come again 😡😡
Working hours until 9:30 pm. I arrived at 9:12 and he told me that he cleaned everything. He couldn't make a sandwich and the one who worked there was mean.
Absolutely Disgusting. Piss poor customer service, stale bread, no flipping toppings, and $28 for 2 foot longs. Shut this place down. And no pastrami.

Ordered my usual BMT Deluxe...supposed to be twice the protein....but I used the $6.99 special....
Wow! Sandwich was empty, like I could barely see anything inside when I opened it. Seem light also.it was pathetic and wS yesterday's bread. Really...I'm a routine customer and will NEVER GO BACK TO ANY SUBWAY. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!

This subway doesn’t except mailed in coupons. Luckily, I asked before ordering because I’ve made that mistake before. She told me the subway in Walmart in the Costco parking lot takes the coupons. I decided to give it one more try. They do take them but only for veggie delight and cold cut. Worst business model. I did some research it’s been going on for years and it seems it’s not profitable for the franchisees to accept the coupons. My thoughts on that? It’s not my problem!

They got everything wrong on my delivery order.Italian herbs and cheese = I got white breadExtra marinara = no marinaraMy sandwich order was a “meatball sub with extra marinara (nothing else)” prolly the easiest order ever and they can’t get it right.The next time I ordered. Did not accept my coupons after I ordered. They should probably post at the counter that even though they are Subway, they don't accept Subway Coupons. Also, I believe it was the Manager making the sandwich for the customer before me. The customer took a phone call and was distracted so he did not notice that the manager who was making his sandwich, cut open an avocado which was brown and clearly rotten. Instead of throwing it out and cutting open a new avocado, he proceeded to put it on the customer's sandwich. I went to Subway because of the coupon, and was upset not only because I could not use it, but also because of the price for 2 (not even their premium sandwiches) which cost me $30. I could have gotten a nice meal at a nice restaurant for this price. The rotten avocado sealed the deal that I will never go back to this location. I did register a complaint with corporate (they don't have anyone answering the phones, just online complaint), but I did not hear back. I will never go to Subway again... very disappointed!!!

Why do you get Subway coupons in the mail? I decided to take advantage of it today. I arrived at the nearest address and they refused me and sent me away to cook, I won’t do anything! disgusting dump. check with Subway higher-ups

The service was good, the employee was friendly, and they pace themselves well here during lunch hour...That being said, I got a single chicken footlong toasted, and it came up to $18?!?! For that price I can go to a sit-down resteraunt, it's absurd. Honestly, it makes me not want to go to Subway anymore.
