The service was good, the employee was friendly, and they pace themselves well here during lunch hour...That being said, I got a single chicken footlong toasted, and it came up to $18?!?! For that price I can go to a sit-down resteraunt, it's absurd. Honestly, it makes me not want to go to Subway anymore.

30 minutes, 1 person in front of me who only ordered 6 sandwiches. 30 minutes in a subway for 1 person is ridiculous. Staff properly! Was my go to location, never again

I'll keep it simple: #1) I held a coupon in front of them the entire time, and only at the cashier did they tell me they don't accept coupons. #2) They skimped on ingredients. #3) Some ingredients weren't fresh. #4) The atmosphere wasn't welcoming. #5) They charged an exorbitant amount - $8.25 for a 6" turkey sandwich.

Subway's been around for a long time now. In the beginning, I bought their sandwiches often, and enjoyed them. Over the years, they've gone downhill. I stopped eating at Subway, there were much better choices elsewhere.Because of a coupon I received in the mail, I decided to give Subway another shot to see if it's any better.I went to this location on greenback Lane, in Citrus Heights. I had my coupon in hand, hold the lady. I had the coupon as I was getting ready to start telling her my order when she cut me short to tell me they don't take coupons. They don't take Subway coupons.not even their own . I examined the coupon carefully, reading the small print and looking for any specific locations. There was nothing like that. With no locations included or excluded, I went to the closest location which was this one.The first thing the lady said to me, sorry, we don't take coupons here. Frustrating.I didn't know where to go. I wasn't going to drive all around town going from subway to subway to to find a location that accepted their own coupon.The lady was very unhelpful at this location. She wasn't going to tell me where I might try or how I could find out where the coupon was good or even to wait to see if I had any questions or anything else to say she went right back into the back of the restaurant.I was very disappointed. I was hungry and that was going to be my dinner. Instead of spending $3.99 for a 6-in sub as the coupon stated, I walked out of that store and went across the street to Safeway and had their deli make me a fresh sandwich for $8.99 with no coupon and thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt happier to spend $6 more at Safeway, and receive my sandwich exactly like I wanted and friendly service too. Better than anything at that subway then or ever cuz I won't be going back. It wasn't really the amount of money, More her rude curt response and deceptive murky advertising.Moral of the story: if you're going to eat at Subway, don't eat it this location. This Subway's owner would rather send away a new customer and provide poor customer service and send them to another deli rather than honor a legitimate coupon and have a new customer that would continue coming back. Every time I drive by that location the parking lot is usually empty. I no longer have to wonder why.

Service was polite, resteraunt seemed clean, sprite was out, but got rasberry iced tea instead, not a horrible option! My husband's sandwich was supposedly great, but I ordered and payed for double meat on a spicey italian. I only got the regular amount of meat, plus the bread was so dry it was like eating a Crouton. It was so hard on top... :/ I only came here because I needed to do an amazon return at kohl's. I will continue to order from my favorite subway on cirby and sunrise.

The people who work here are nice enough. Basic subway sandwich like I've gotten at any other subway. Lettuce doesn't always look the freshest. My biggest complaint is that it says open at 8:30 but every time I've come before work right at 830 someone is either just getting there to open up or not even there yet. 830 turns more into 845 or kater once they are actually done setting up. Wish they would get there a little before they open so they can actually be set up to go at 830!

If you are using subway coupons, don't come to this location. They don't tell you until it's time to pay. The lady was very unpleasant about the situation. She seen the whole paper of coupons in my hand and never said anything until it was time to pay. Avoid this place!

Food, service and everything is just horrible. First of all I came with coupon once they said we don't take phone coupons. Okay I bought their sandwich I came again after some time and guess what we don't take now paper coupons too!!! Seriously? I wouldn't care if the 6 inch wouldn't be 10$ literally 10$ for what ? I had a coupon 3.50 for small and 6.99 for a foot long sandwich. And now it's 10$ for small piece of idk what and 15$ for a foot long insane . Their lettuce was gross not even fresh they just put so small amount of meat and veggies it's like their last day of their lives!!! Never again to this location !!!! Never

Extremely hot inside the business.Two sandwiches for 25.00 is ridiculous, they were very plain.., mostly just the dry bread. We will never go back to this location again. Sad.., as I’ve been to several Subways across the USA, never had such a terrible experience.
