i paid extra for a deluxe hotshot italiano and i didn’t even get the usual amount of pepperoni and salami in my sandwich. also asked for extra lettuce and pickles olives and got less than the usual amount as well. don’t ever order online here, they will absolutely scam you.

Stay away from this Subway. They don't honor their coupons. Coupon stated 3 footlongs (with 3 stated exceptions) for 19.99.Worker says coupon was only for "Cold Cuts". The original plan was to order 2 steak and cheese with 1 meatball? So she decides to go ahead and order at regular price 1 cheese steak and 1 meatball. First, the subway worker says she doesn't have enough meet balls for a footlong, so we ended up with a Meatball 6" and a chicken Sub 6". She priced out everything as 6 inch subs 2 6 inch cheese steaks, 1 6" meatball, 1 chicken 6"..total on the bill was $44 and change for 4 6" Subs???? What a Scam...Coupon says 3 footlongs for $19.99 ( Pretty much same as 6- 6" subs) Leave with 4- 6" Subs for $44...Also the size of the rolls were noticeably small?..I'll never go to Subway again. Togos is SO MUCH BETTER.

I haven't been to a Subway for many years and decided to try this one, as I was starving.. Big mistake. It started when I asked the lady what kind of warm or hot sandwiches that they had on the menu. No reply. At least audibly. I asked again and looked at her, she shrugged and muttered "I dunno" sheepishly. I repeated myself, to receive the same answer. I ask "So you're telling me that you don't know what kind of warm or hot sandwiches that you sell, even though you obviously work here? She again looks a her feet and murmured no. So I order a footlong cheese steak sandwich. I ask for a tiny bit of mayo, tiny bits of onion. She squirts a quarter cup of mayo and throws on a full handful of onions. I took it home to eat. I'm eating lunch the next day, checking my bank account. I was charged TWENTY TWO DOLLARS for a sandwich and a small drink. What in the hell? Even with the 8% tax or whatever it was. Ridiculous and I will never go back to ANY Subway ever again. Avoid like the plague.

They had water dripping from their ceiling right into the produce, the worker was completely unsanitary and was on her phone with gloves on coughing btw, just to add they charged me for extra meat and cheese on two 6 inch subs and because of the language barrier I ended up paying way over price just for the sake of time. All in all I would never trust this establishment. Also I walked in and no one was even in the building I said hello twice and was ready to leave when finally someone came in

First time at this location. Walked in and was served right away. Placed my order planning to use a coupon, but after order, I was told that the coupon was only good on options that I had not ordered. I paid more than double the price anticipated because the coupon that clearly said "get a 6" meal for $6.99 was not honored. I will not go back to this location as I see now, from reading other reviews, they have done this to others.

Don't pay full price here... it's definitely not worth it. Service was adequate from the friendly young lady. Nothing to write home about, but courteous and professional. The problem I have is the quality of food. Very skimpy on ingredients. Buffalo chicken had very little meat and sauce. This is most likely NOT the employee's fault, but rather policy set by management. Instead of trying to save money at the customer's expense, they should try to provide a better product and make more money with repeat business.

Despite littering the neighborhood with coupons, which lured me in, if you attempt to use one you will be informed "the manager does not accept coupons for this sandwich."It was not one of the sandwiches specified as excluded on the coupon, but apparently it is at the manager's discretion, so just, know that going in and in this instance, it has lost them business.Love me some Subway but maybe try a different branch?
