Why is the food from this taco bell always cold. I ordered chips with cheese and 2 hard tacos. I got 2 supreme tacos cold instead, like they're trying to "upgrade" me and get rid of inventory. The cheese was cold too. No other t bell i go to has this issue

Busy area . Drive thru more geared for cars coming from the left. The outside appearance is clean. Drive Thru service was fast

I live within walking distance and have come here regularly. It’s the franchise owner being cheap. The past few months there hasn’t been a single time that there’s more than 2 employees running the entire store. Literally two employees doing everything. Ingredients are stale, menu items are half empty, and it takes a *minimum* of 30 minutes to get your food regardless of if you’re inside, drive-thru, or delivery. I will say, the poor employees are very friendly, and they are the only redeeming quality, otherwise that Taco Bell entrance door is a portal to the DMV in Zootopia.

Sent my son (has braces) and his buddy (both 14) to grab 6 chicken cantina tacos and 2 dorritos locos tacos. The business was dead (relevant) at the time they walked in, there is 1 car in drive thru and no one in the lobby. They were sitting there waiting for 30 minutes. I ended up going in myself and still waited another 10. They gave us crunchy cantina tacos , which have basically nothing on them. The boys were not asked which kind they wanted, or they would have said soft since my son can't eat the hard ones with his braces. I went in to try to get it fixed and had one girl being pushed into an office because she was acting like she was going to fight me. Making the excuse that "they also have a drive thru" when I pointed out the ridiculous wait time as they were empty. Unfortunately because we had waited so long a couple of tacos were eaten because, you know, hungry teenager. I took back the 4 remaining tacos and they remade the 4. Customer service is non exsistant. This location is terrible and the worst part is that they don't care.

Food items lacking proper preparation. Grilled steak burrito by far the worst I've ever eaten. not completely melted, grilled stuffed burrito not completely grilled, the temperature of the sour cream was overtaking the temperatures of meat cheese cheese which created hot dish Lobby was neat & clean. Straws, drink lids napkins, condiments, etc. not readily accessible; you will need to get the attention of one of the crew members for these items (a procedure possibly put place due to vagrants ) You will also be chaperoned buy a crew member to gain access restrooms ( a code is required ) Little to no social interaction with staff/crew. I would definitely say this location has a much more automated look as well as dull a feeling. The lobby definitely used my eyes to suck the positive energy out of my soul.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOACTION!
Terrible drive thru experience followed by even worse customer service experience.
Staff looked depressed and unwelcoming at the drive thru window. Ordered over $30 dollars worth of food and did not receive all my items. I called the store to let them I was missing an order of nacho fries and loaded nachos. The rude lady on the phone did not apologize and just said "ok come back to the store and pick them up". I stopped in on my work break and can not just come back because you did not do your job right. I asked to be refunded my money for the items I did not receive and again the rude lady told me I would need to come into the store.
Not going back to this location any time soon!
