Me and my coworkers all ordered on our mobile apps (total 3 orders). Was told today (7-28-25) that their Drive Thru only takes 2 mobile orders at a time regardless of when the order is placed & that we'll have to go thru the Drive Thru again. I have placed multiple orders b4 and they would be given to me. Just beware u may have to go inside

Horrible. A two year old frozen burrito is better than this crap. Said no cheese on both a taco and burrito and they added it anyways. Had diarrhea for two days after.

When you walk in, there is no welcome . The workers ignore all the customers. When you put ur order in, you can hear them talk about the items they don't have. And they never say a word to you or ask if you want something different instead. They just simply give you whatever they think would be ok as a substitute. They seem to always mess up orders, even simple ones. I came here before just for a plain cheese quesadilla, no jalapeno sauce, and they can't even get that right. I'm not sure if the workers just don't care or if magement just isn't training them properly or both.

The sign on the door says open at 7AM. There are people inside working but the door is locked at 8:20AM. They see me outside but offer no response. Horrible service

I have given up on coming here. Every time I ask for just meat and cheese I get lettuce and tomatoes. Even on items that don't come with tomatoes. If you like the item without changes. You have no problems, but if heaven forbid you want a substitution.

The managers are awful, and I'm willing to bet the franchise owner is too. Cash grab, don't bother; they'll gleefully mess up your order without apology or recompense.

Why is the food from this taco bell always cold. I ordered chips with cheese and 2 hard tacos. I got 2 supreme tacos cold instead, like they're trying to "upgrade" me and get rid of inventory. The cheese was cold too. No other t bell i go to has this issue
