Ordered Nacho Fries on their app and order tracker showed order ready. Went 2 pick it up but was told not ready yet even though tracking said yes. Waited and waited. Finally one of the workers told me that my Fries was waiting 2 be picked up. News to me. Fries are now cold, so asked for a new order and they happily made it 4 me. Excellent customer service

Let me tell you about my experience at Taco Bell; i just want to say the customer service I recieved today was excellent by far any Taco Bell I visited. I had children with complicated orders and they were very patient. Not only was my order took with patience my order came out perfectly with no errors and came faster than usual. The cinnamon twist were fresh and warm and so tasty! About to the two employees in the back Alahziah and Roman I believe the names were for preparing the orders and cleaning and sweeping making myself feelGreat that the food is handled properly and it came from a clean Taco Bell.

I ordered a large drink and gave the cashier cash to pay & she didn’t know the difference between quarters, nickels, or dimes. Some other girl had to reach over her to give me my money back and she told her “this is why I need help.” Why would you have someone who can’t count change working the register?

So sad, I haven't been to Sunrise mall in 15 years and it was shocking ? taco bell was only one of 2 eateries in business. EXCELLENT though.

i ordered the beefy five layer burrito and i deeply regretted it, shortly after my stomach started to sound like hurricane katarina. I could have sworn a storm was brewing in there, and i knew it was gonna blow. It started to come out before i could even reach the bathroom door, by the time i got into a stall my khaki had turned into a much darker shade of brown. I was so embarressee but luckily my hubby wubby was there to assist me. please DO NOT. order this.1
