The Habit Burger Grill

They don't clean their grills very often. I've been getting burgers occasionally here for 2 years and the meat patties are blackened and filled with char. Blackened meat is known to be carcinogenic. I don't think I'll be back. In n out is the way to go

I ordered from a self kiosk. They didn't give me glasses, there was no hot yellow pepper, the potatoes were all in oil. I threw them out. The storefront is being renovated, it's loud and there's a lot of dust.

The food is delicious and not to expensive

Sad to say, but the customer service and cleanliness in this place has gone way downhill since the change of management a couple of years ago. The current manager appears to be ruining the place down.They used to have such a great upbeat and friendly team and clean place. Fix the management problem or lose customers!

It's the second time I wait for 45 minutes or longer. I went to the front desk and tell them that I will come back to get my food another time because my lunch break was over 15 minutes ago. I did notice that nobody was eating in the restaurant. People were just waiting and waiting. It appear that they were giving preference to others to go from online accounts.. This is not a fast food restaurant for me.

This location is understaffed. Manager not friendly. Prepare to wait

Terrible experience tonight! Breaks my heart to say it because I've always championed Habit Burger as my go to, but tonight's food is unacceptable!

Good food at a decent price.

Burgers are soooo Good, love Char Broiled. The tempura green beans are Incredible too!

It's fast food. But felt customizable and it was delicious! (I've never been here before!) But I could tell many were regulars and the staff was so gracious and kind with everyone.

Been to the habit 5 times, this is the second habit I visited and I liked the food, it was tasty and satisfying, but I waited a long time

Very disappointed the food tastes good but for the life of them who work there can not get an order right, I ordered a santa barbara char well done, was not well done, took back and they remade, then didn't add the bacon I paid for, I'm so done I'm not going back for a third time, this is very disappointing

Beware. This location on sunrise and Madison is not using safe food handling practices. Not wearing gloves. Using “napkins” in place of gloves. Rose the manager on duty was deeply unkind. She make sarcastic remarks when I asked if I could get a refund that her bare hands touching the food made me uncomfortable (keep in mind she was also wearing a mask because she was clearly sick). She wouldn’t give me my money back and had another employee come up to help because we were “throwing a fit”. I’m disgusted and embarrassed I will never go to that location again.

I will never go to this Habit burger again. They automatically added a 20% tip to my bill without my authorization. Also, my food took forever to be made. If I did intend to tip I would at least expect good service. The service was sub par to say the least.
