Located on the corner of Sunrise and Greenback tucked wayyy back in the corner. The first thing you'll notice is that the dining room was closed. I'm not sure if it's cause a worker shortage but Covid is over bro. The order process was easy. The bringing out of your food is long. I mean long. Maybe 20 mins with no where to sit. The food did come out super hot. The wings were good and the garlic fries were tasty. I would go again.

They must be under new management. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who states he is new. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. The restaurant is finally clean and presentable. Food was hot and flavorful

I ordered my dad his dinner here this past weekend and from past experience, you need to order here and not ahead so the fries are fresh. So I ordered him a 6 piece lemon pepper meal with fries. There were about 5 or 6 orders in front of me and I was quoted 21 minutes at 5:11 p.m. The dining room is still closed so everyone orders their food to-go. It was kind of chaotic with so many people waiting inside. Food would be sitting on the counter waiting to be finished and customers were walking up touching the bags to see if their name was on it although the employees were doing their job of calling the names. When they called my order, it was just after 5:40pm. Since I am in the habit of checking my dad order, thankfully I looked and they didn't put in the amount of cheese I paid for(who knew cheese was so expensive.) That was an easy fix. My dad said the food was ok. Some pieces so overcooked and dried out. There wasn't enough lemon pepper flavoring on them tonight.... but the fries were hot. The cheese we paid extra for was good... but their fountain machine needs some adjusting, or the syrup was going out.. So it wasn't good, but could've been worse.

Y'all I have been to this Wingstop many times but last night was by far the best visit I've ever had. I ordered my food around 10:15 and it was going to be ready in about 33 to 38 minutes. Well I got caught up and I wasn't able to get there until about 10 minutes before closing. Thankfully Tage and Dion (I hope I'm spelling their names right) were freaking AWESOME! Not only did they provide the best service I've ever received at Wingstop, it was the best food I've ever bought from there as well! They were super sweet and got me fresh food as too! They made my day! Thank you so much Dion and Tage!!! I highly recommend this store!!

Absolutely amazing! The boneless wings and fries were perfectly cooked and coated very well. All the side sauces were there and nothing was missing. Overall we had a great experience and only took about a 20 min wait.

Wow first time ordering here. I got my order of course it comes with ranch. Well they forgot to put it in there. And my fiancé goes back in to have the lady basically call him a liar. REALLY over some $1.29 ranch were just gonna lie about it! That's some petty s**** Will never COME BACK here ever. Sad y'all have to do this to your customers over greedy condiments. Condiments are the #1 forgotten than in most customers bags. Instead of accusing someone about free ranch they were supposed to get with their order. Just give them some MORE. It's ranch bro! Jesus Christ!

Where do I start? I promise I like giving 5 stars- but not this place. Waited 20-25 minutes in store after my order was supposed to be ready. I was told it will be ready in a minute. It goes south from there: Watched a food delivery person try to get her order that was placed an hour ago previous. She asked for a manager and the guy laughed and said "he's probably sleeping" And the 3 staff went on to ignore her. I assumed there was something I was missing so I stayed out of it. Watched another dude come in to pickup his order and he said it was wrong so they made him fries, gave him a soda and corrected his order. 3 others came in and similar scenario ensued. I don't like to complain so I waited a little longer and the. Finally the First Lady who was the food delivery driver came back and asked for a manager. I watched a guy stumble from the back- I think he did just wake up. He said he would get her order in 10-15 minutes. While all this was going on I was watching the 3 guys in the back rotate from the cash register to making food without washing hands. No one had gloves on, I watched two of them adjust their pants and then toss the wings in the sauce... I then asked if my order was ready and one of the staff handed it to me. I'm fully okay with the staff, they were alright- but there is zero order/organization. I checked my order and noticed the ranch broken so I took the bag and asked the manager if he would hand me another and he goes "I got you, but just stand behind there first", point at a tile line.... Come on man. I've been more than calm cool and collected with ranch hands and spill in the bag. He gave me the ranch and I looked for napkins to wipe my hands off. I took the food home and it's wrong. My fiancée's tenders had a short curly hair on the first piece and mine was the wrong flavors... Threw the food away and just made something at home like I should have. Screw this place. Here I am thinking whatever the previous Yelp reviews were just angry people, or exceptions- nope. They're accurate. This place sucks. Don't go here. You've been warned. Several times.

I placed an online order then drove there to pick it up, I drove all the way back home open my bag to find half of my order missing. they offered for me to come pick up the other half what is the point when I'm gonna have half hot food and half cold food not to mention making two trips for no reason?

I can't believe they would even allow that especially with the epidemic going on. But mainly because I'm writing this due to my food being cold. If I could give this place a zero star I would.

Thigh stop is supposedly wingstop's answer to a national chicken wing shortage, but they put it behind a web exclusive barrier. We got there at 11:20, were told that the wingstop app should be able to get our order in. After we wasted a good 5 minutes with that, they corrected themselves and said it'll have to be through doordash... Fumble around with doordash for another 5 minutes and guess what? It's 30 minutes to close so I can't put the order in... I ask the staff if we can work around it because they're still accepting new orders in-store, but no... I'm just s.o.l. If wingstop actually wanted to do anything about helping with meeting demands despite a wing shortage they wouldn't add all these meaningless barriers. It's just a mutual promotion for them and doordash rather than a functional menu expansion. Pathetic, really.
