We stopped at this Wendy’s while on a road trip and were very impressed with their awesome customer service. We had 6 people ordering and they were very patient, helpful and accommodating as we decided what we wanted. They were also very impressed with how quickly they prepared our food even in the middle of the dinner rush. We’ll definitely try to stop here again on future road trips!

Rude management..lost my wallet inside store.. Not cooperative, very rude. 2 days later, my wallet was found and the bushes right next to the front door guaranteed. One of the employees found it and did not want to step up, and the management was not even trying to look at cameras or anything. I had two grand in the wallet.. I found ball. It with nothing in it a good samaritan, turned it into me.. Poor customer service, poor management rude as hell

Horrible customer service!! Made a simple order and they left half of my order out. I called to see if they would refund the missing food and they said no. I said can I speak with a manager spoke with the manager, she wasn’t capable of being a manager passing the phone to multiple people. Also said she would not refund the order and to call the general manager. This could have been so simple yet they make it so complicated.

It was my first time in Wendy’s Antelope. I am a fan of Wendy’s. At first it seemed very nice. I ordered Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger Double combo at the kiosk. The cashier at register told me the code of the restroom very quick, after that he gave me a cup very quick. And even my order was made very quick. Very nice. Until I went out to the patio outside and started eating my burger. First bite and I felt suspicious crust. I thought it was glass, maybe needle. Will I die? When crust repeated I should have complained to the cashier. What was the kitchen stuff thinking about? Bombardments? I have never experienced this in fast food. It ruined my day. Was it an accident or somebody put shell deliberately in my burger. Whoever experienced it too today, please respond. I will never visit again this Wendy’s Antelope.
This place seems like they got new management and it has become a much better location.

I'll be honest I've only been to this location for dinner (after 6pm) after a long Sunday at work, and I've only been here 3 times since I moved to this neighborhood. But of those 3 times my food has always been cooked fresh, it's hot and well put together (looks like the picture) typically it's a crew of mostly eastern European women working and I wanted to give them a shout-out because everything has been on point every time I've been here. Best fast food burger in the area.
