Wonderful Chinese Restaurant

After coming here for over 20 years, I owe them a review. When I think of Chinese food, this is the restaurant I think of. It’s nostalgia, my family brought me here when I was a kid. As a teen, I’d drive here on Friday nights to pick up dinner. I moved away after high school, but any time I come back to visit family, I want to come here. When I’m at home, I crave this as I have to eat the lesser Chinese near me!

The orange chicken is THE orange chicken for me. It’s super crunchy, perfectly breaded, and the chicken is long and thin which helps it cook better. The sauce is perfection. Never have I ever found an orange chicken at multiple similar Chinese restaurants that has even come close. The walnut shrimp, cream cheese wontons, and won ton soup are also favorites of my family. Even the white rice is my ideal perfect white rice. I’m getting hungry now.

The same people have always worked there, they do their job well but they aren’t always the friendliest, at times. I’m there for the food. Order take out or stop in for 40 minutes, you’ll go home full and happy.

Great Chinese food!

Can’t even order chicken chowmein and sweet and sour chicken without it being $33. Chicken with rice combo is about $20. Ridiculous $10 up-charge for noodles instead of rice. Pick another place if u want noodles rather than rice with your dinner.

Great prices for lots of food. Definitely worth what you get.

It was really good and it tastes authentic. Every item on the menu is just absolutely perfect.

The service was good. We got shrimp fried rice and it and the other dishes were...okay. Nothing terrible, just not...great. The seats and napkins weren't particularly clean.

They overcharge. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Rude service and terrible food from what it used to be. They're no longer the same.

Very good food at reasonable prices. Nice menu selection with many options. Lunch specials offer abundant food at low prices.

EDIT: In March and April of 2025, the health department closed the restaurant for one day due to rodent infestation. However, upon re-inspection, it was subsequently closed twice more for the same. I love this restaurant, but am hesitant to return due to the multiple citations.

I used to go there for two years until someone told me that the Health department caught them because of Rats and Rodent s so I STOPPED Going There to me it is GROSS That I felt vomiting 🤮 instead of chicken it was gizzards from the RATS I ONLY WISH that that PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN

I had a fantastic dinner at this Chinese restaurant! The service was exceptional—the staff was prompt, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable. We ordered the orange chicken and crispy duck, both of which were mouthwatering and full of flavor. The sauce on the orange chicken was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and the duck was tender and crispy. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and traditional Chinese decorations that made the atmosphere feel special and authentic. A great dining experience overall!

I love coming here for the lunch special, I go about once a week lol. They recognize me and just hook me up with my order. Great staff, friendly people.

The ladies that serve the food there are very rude and impatient. The one gal I had had a very unpleasant look on her face the whole time and never smiled! I’m not going back and I left her a poor tip. The food was good.
