Food: The sushi here is really high quality and every dish that we got tasted pretty good. - Baked Roll: Salmon 5/5 - Nigiri Sushi: Yellow Tail & Salmon 5/5 - Tempura Roll: Tiger, Volcano, Soft Shell Crab, & Golden Dragon 5/5 - Tempura: Calamari 5/5 - Gyoza 2/5. I feel like they're just fillers to get you full faster. Ambiance: The music was good, not too quiet, and not too loud even when I brought my parents. Music choices were also good. Service: All the servers are friendly. I wish they were walking around more or more attentive. Negative: The restaurant looks closed from the outside, but when you open the door, you can see that they're open. The way you order things and the rules they put out is pretty confusing. The limit is 7 different items per round, per paper; limit 2 orders per item, per round, person; and unlimited rounds for 1.5 hours. I still don't get how the rules worked so I just wrote down on the paper whatever I wanted to order and the server would help me out if something went wrong.

Food is great, it was the bad service we received by the waiters that are working on 3/17/24 at 3pm

First of all my review has nothing to do with the food. Food is great, it was the bad service we received by the waiters that are working on 3/17/24 at 3pm They kept hanging out talking so much to each other and sharing things they have on their phone. Every time we ordered food it took them so long to pick up our order for the all you can eat. They literally had no customer yet we were there waiting for them for so long. They never asked us if we needed anything else never gave us extra napkins. We had to keep calling them for assistance and yet they wouldn't hear us so then we had to wave down the sushi roll guy to call them for us. The few customers that they had all looked frustrated because they also were very ignored. Please have these ladies trained better when it comes to being a waitress. This place has so much potential the suahi rolls are great! The ladies wouldn't be so bad if they would just check up on their tables.

Say they close at 11 but won't let us sit down at 9:30. "Last call" no wonder business is dead.

What a great find. The Bento box has so much good food and they have a great, huge selection of sushi.

I am writing this review based on Uber Eats delivery & not a dine in experience. I ordered the sushi bento & crispy rice with spicy tuna , and don't forget fresh wasabi. The sushi was fresh & directions were as followed. I will be looking forward to having a dine in experience here soon !(:

The price is fairly reasonable compared to other Ayce sushi places, but the food quality isn't good at all. Food is bland, some not even fresh, they give a A LOT of imitation crabs, the salad is very watery, the dressing has not much taste. The pork skewers are dry and rubbery, some pieces even taste sour. The poki is like just few pieces of fish then the rest is seaweed salad, but the seaweed salad has a weird taste to it, feels like it has been in the fridge for a long time. We prob not gonna return to this place

The food was great, and I will go back again. The service was great, an occasional reminder want I ordered at times. No attitudes, just kindness. You walk in, and you're warmly welcomed. Energetic place to do on a date! They have private rooms for parties, which I found pretty cool.

I just can't believe this place is still opening. Their sashimi is definitely the worst in LA area. I have been to this place once, smelly fish, poor environment,. Guys listen to me do not be tracked by the nice pictures. This place is a scam.

Ok second time here and I knew better! There's a lot of rules, so here's what I can remember: 90 minute time limit, $12.95 charge per person if there are leftovers, only 3 rounds, and only 7 items per paper (theres 3). The 3 papers consisted of a nigiri sheet, a roll sheet, and an appetizer sheet. We maxed out all the limited items the first round. We loved the seared steak, butter shrimp, sweet shrimp, toro, and oysters. Fish to rice ratio is great, however rice quality is hard and cold. In general, one order of nigiri only comes with ONE piece. However the premium nigiri's (the items that have a limit), come with TWO pieces. After that we just paced ourselves with nigiri and appetizers. Beware! Shrimp tempura is HUGE and almost all batter! Also seaweed salad portion is good for 4 people! So I do recommend you order small the first round to get the hang of it and see the portions. The restaurant is big, but there was a table for us right away on a Saturday night during lent. It was hard to get the server's attention at times even though there is a bell ringer on the side. Not sure if ours didn't work or they didn't see either.

101 sushi roll and grill is a great spot for AYCE sushi. There is usually little wait and it is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. They offer dessert and you can get mini cheesecake, mochi, and ice cream. They have a private party room available for reservations.

Came here a lone on a Friday afternoon. I got the AYCE lunch for $29.95/person. The service was good, however, it was quite empty so I'm not sure how their service is when it's packed. They have a 1.5 hour limit for all you can eat. Their sushi was so/so on the day I went. Their tuna was kind of stinky (lol). But their salmon was decent. I got the honeymoon roll to-go two weeks ago and it was really good. Not sure why it was just decent during their lunch all you can eat. I'm honestly a bit disappointed as that was the only reason why I came in to eat BY MYSELF. Perhaps they were having an off day? It was also really hot inside- not sure if they were too stingy to turn on their ac? I don't think I normally get hot easily and I was on the verge of sweating. It's also kind of loud inside and not super "clean." They don't serve toro or uni during lunch (their menu says 1pc per person [uni or toro] during dinner), and you can't choose which one you want. You get whatever is served that day. They also don't serve oysters during lunch, so keep that in mind. All in all, for the price I would come back again, though, only during lunch. Their sushi quality is not that great but you get what you pay for.

The AYCE Sushi here is awesome. Amazing value and it will fill up a large group instantly. Will definitely go here again with friends. Good music too.
