This is the 2nd time i buy a banana split which I love it with pineapple syrup and both times they didn’t have it and was told just as the end . Very disappointed with the way they serve their costumer's, bring your $$ to another location since this location is trashy thats my advice to you and myself.

I had a small problem at this ice cream parlor today - when I was placing an order through the software during an event at the store, the page suddenly jumped and I couldn't find the event discount after logging back in.Luckily, the clerk Byron was very patient and did his best to help me solve the problem despite the busy schedule of the store.And I noticed that he not only solved my problem, but also took good care of every customer.

Ice cream is always good but drive thru attendants are rude. He literally handed over my order and didn't say anything, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing, as if I was a bother. To me he seems mad because he's working and not an online influencer. Not my problem.

We’ve been to this establishment many times. The place was remodeled last spring I believe .It’s nice with a few tables to sit down and enjoy your ice cream or whatever your heart desires. We stopped by for a promotion, Cappuccino blast for five dollars it was made perfectly ,the two employees at work this night know what they’re doing .They’re courteous, and hard-working especially when the crowd comes in . We have ordered banana splits and ice cream sundaes, scoops of assorted flavors of ice cream and never disappointed we like coming to this place especially when it’s hot outside. There is plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance. this place also has a drive-through, which is great if you don’t want to get off your car, I recommend this place to those who love ice cream.
As always, ice cream is so delicious. Customer service is excellent. Had a special today of a banana royale--sliced banana, your choice of 2 different ice cream flavors, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts all for $5.00. Yummy

Went by a while back to get some goodies for my family. When asking one of the workers for help he was very rude and had a terrible attitude. He was a older man. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but the way he spoke it was snappy and rude answers. I'm sorry but as someone who works retail, I get it but that's just outright rude and unwelcoming.
