To whom it may concern at this particular Baskin Robbins located inside the Puente Hills mall at location #158. I am sorry to say but your establishment regardless of the current situation of this Covid-19 / 20 was sorry and a bitter experience on Sunday 04/18/21. I went looking for an ice cream cake of course, 1st of all the selections were very bleak, 2ndly Joseph whom I felt bad for did not have any support whatsoever. He didn't have frosting to write happy birthday on this cake even though he tried to accommodate us with some goofy Minnie Mouse happy birthday gizmo. Now I probably would've said yes to this if I had a Girl but since it was for a Boy I had to decline. I paid $27.99 + tax for a 1/3 sheet, I said ok but unfortunately couldn't achieve the spectacular of getting some written letters on there. So needless to say that this shopping experience was the pits. I'm sorry I never really state derogatory remarks on here but I was pretty upset and not only that but the phone number that is here on yelp and on my receipt that matches can't even be answered by a human being not only that but you can't leave messages either regardless of what they could be. Unfortunately proprietar at this Baskin Robbins establishment you have left me no choice but to voice my opinion here on this platform, all because you can't answer your phone and your employee was left with no resources. What a shame !

Pretty much the only store open in this mall lol...but I do appreciate that this shop is one of the few that still honors that 31st special, although it's not as good as it once was. Baskin's needs to bring back that Tuesday special; the prices have just gone way up and ice cream isn't a necessity. Owner is very friendly and I wish him the best.
