BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We made a reservation through open table and when we got there they told us the wait was 40 min or more. I asked for the manager and he was extremely rude saying open table was 3rd party and didn't know about their seating. When I told him someone from his restaurant called and confirmed my RESERVATION he got more upset went to the restaurant and came back and told them to set up asap. He was so rude he didn't even seat us but told the hostess to seat us and he took over walk ins. Normally we have great service here but not this night. He was angry because I made him honor our reservation through you.

Our server was very nice, very cheerful. She didn't seemed fazed at all when I asked for my reward to be applied after she had already brought us our check. The only downside was that they brought out our salads after they had brought our entrees

Truly was disappointed, I was really excited to try the new Halloween items with my partner and everything just went wrong at this location. First our reservation was made for 8:15, we checked in around 8. The host was truly so rude, didn't greet us when we walked in instead just said “for 2 it'll be a 20-30 minute wait.” I responded and just said we had a reservation and wanted to check in. She gets our names and we wait, and a couple of minutes later we get a text saying that our table is ready. We get back to the host stand and she tells us that we're next to be sat. We are then waiting for 5 minutes, totally fine and understandable, and then a different host (who has just talked to the main host) comes up to us and asks if we want to sit outside and we'll get seated faster because the table isn't ready yet. I simple responded with “No we made a reservation and wanted to be sat inside.” She replied “ok we're cleaning that table right now.” Fast forward, we're now sat and our drinks were order (big shout out to our server and another blonde server there). Our drinks arrive and no straws napkins were given or even asked. Totally fine, our server brought us some and takes our order for food. We place this order and when our food finally arrives, we still don't have silverware that the host is supposed to give us when we're sat and the runner didn't even ask if we needed anything. So we're sitting there waiting for silverware, finally get it and take a bite of my food and it's cold. I ask another server to get my server so I can talk to her. My server comes and try's to make it right (which I appreciate), but truly nothing was going to make it better because of this experience the entire time. I ended up stopping at Taco Bell because at least I knew the food would be at serving temperature. If you plan to go here and eat, please don't. You're better off stopping at your local liquor store and getting food from fast food restaurant then going to this location.

Waited over an hour with a reservation at BJ Disappointed to say the least, other parties were seating and according to Hostess they were waiting for a table to clear to seat our party of 10. The restaurant comped appetizers for the table, which was very nice of the manager to authorize this. Then the salads and soups ordered did not arrive until the end of the meal in to-go boxes. I gotta say, Bryan ( Our server) made our dine in here amazing. Positive guy with great energy to make anyone feel welcomed. 10/10 would definitely return here again.

We had such a great experience at BJ’s thanks to our server, Bryan! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. He checked in often without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made great recommendations from the menu. Bryan had such a positive attitude the entire time and made sure everything came out just right. It’s not often you get a server who balances professionalism with such genuine kindness, but he definitely did. We’ll definitely be asking for Bryan next time.

This has to be one of the most disgusting places I’ve ate at, zero starts, plates were dirty, food was cold and services was terrible, we order fry’s, wings and 2 medium pizza, fry’s were cold and the portion size was for one person, wings were cold and red inside, the waiter said that’s the way wings are at the restaurant, red and disgusting, pizza was cold and the flavors were not good, this is top 10 on my disgusting list,

I ordered online and pick up time was very accurate. Very friendly staff at the pick up area and I really appreciate that they confirm your order before you leave.
Food tasted as good as dine in.

Their services are terrible and I will never ever go back this BJ’s again because the waiters was so rude and they sould have more training about how to become a good server. I better go to Yard house instead!

Had an early dinner last Saturday with my sister and gio was our server. The food was horrible. The food was cold but the dishes were hot. I ordered onion rings and when they were bought out they looked over cooked. I sent them back. Gio brought them back and stated that they looked like that because the oil wasn't changed. I didn't want them. So disgusting. The mac and cheese was disgusting. I asked another server to remove the dishes from our table. We always had to ask gio numerous times for something. He did a horrible job. I get he has more than one table but it was the worst service I had. For what I paid it was not worth it. 107.00 dollars wasted. Never going back.

The seating service was utterly delayed and the attitude was not kind at all. Food was OK.
