If I could leave 0 stars I would, we walked in and were told they can’t seat more then 8 people, we asked if we could split and were automatically told no. RIDICULOUS

Excellent fries came with my burger that was a bit under seasoned. Parking lot is way too small for rush hour, no clear signage or direction for the take-out area. Still a positive experience and the food is rather good

Reyna was our server she was excellent I am visually impaired and she took the time to help me with the menu and let me know what's specials they had and helped me to read the menu also my husband also disable due to Strokes she was very patient and very attentive to our table making sure that we had everything that we needed thank you so much Rayna keep doing what you're doing you're doing a great job

Walked-in on a Sunday evening for a party of 13 and the whole team was very accommodating. Had called the DB location a week prior to make a reservation but they couldn’t accommodate when we went so we walked into the Industry location. The person on the phone was very courteous and assisted with our request. Although the message wasn’t passed down to the host stand, the hosts/servers did a fantastic job helping us. Joshua was able to get us a table in a swift manner and gave us updates throughout.

The food was great as usual although my old fashion was very bitter heavy but the server quickly rectified the situation. Overall it was a great dining experience.

The hosts were attentive. Well done.

Had a sad amount of guacamole compared to the pic on the menu.

Horrible entrance service. My wife, son, and I came in for dinner. They checked me in and sent me a text letting me know I'm on their wait list. Waited 4 feet in front of them. 5 minutes past, then 15, 30, 45! Finally I asked what's going on? Then they told me I'm not on the list. They said they might have called my name and I didn't answer. I was 4 feet in front of them. I heard every name! I never even received a text for my table. I asked how long more if I wait again. They said over 30 minutes. They didn't even accommodate me for their mistake. I don't recommend. 😡

Too bad “price” isn’t also listed as a category for review… because it was great, as well. Great value for a great meal!

12/22/23 Ava of City of Industry attended to us and she is awesome . Her manager should vslue her service and dedication to the job . By far the best waitress I have met . She made our lunch more enjoyable and delightful with her super duper pleasing personality and attention she’d given to us . We felt special ! Thank you Eva . God bless you 🙏

Decent meal for decent prices. Wait staff was great. The wait to get a table was long not sure why. Parking was kind of hard because costco shoppers were filling up all the spaces

Parking: During the day you'll need to compete with the costco shoppers. Probably not a problem at night.

I love Chili's even picky a person could find something on their menu. And if you join their clubs you could get some great freebies. 3for$10 is unbelievable great bargain. They have some of the best ribs.. and the hamburgers are so delicious. We did stop ordering the fajitas because they started to put away too much seasoning. And if you have room or even order to go, get their cheesecake. So yummy ?. One more thing I want to give a shout out to the server Dylan absolutely wonderful..
