I just had their salad bowls with Machuca and chicken. I added the guacamole and it was a pretty filling meal. Overall it was a solid lunch.I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. They definitely rip you off on the portions and the female employee who wears too much make up has an attitude. Definitely do nor recommend this Chipotle.

I love the food from here it's always fresh, but tonight was especially great because the service, no the hospitality was 10/10 the restaurant was dealing with an unpleasant customer who was pretty rude for no reason.All of the employees kept their cool and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism.There was a blonde girl training another employee with red hair how to be a cashier and they were both very patient with the guest who was less than polite.I felt bad for the employees having to deal with said guest but they were all smiles and treated me with amazing service right after her, even gave me a drink on the house for having to wait on the guest who was complicating things.Wish I got their names so I could give those two girls credit, but this chipotle has amazing service/kindness which is hard to come by these days so I appreciated it a lot

My food was cold, and the staff was not friendly. I asked if I could exchange my daughter’s apple juice for a fountain drink since she changed her mind and he said he couldn’t do it even though it was a minute after I purchased the food, I never even left the restaurant. I was upset I asked for a refund because I was not happy eating there(food or drinks were never touched) he said he couldn’t do it. He then proceeded to talk to his staff and laugh. I felt very disrespected his attitude was demeaning. I recommend to eat at another chipotle, for me staff makes a difference and because of the way he treated me it affected me. It just disappointing when you choose to get your family dinner from a place and have a negative encounter.

Good most of the time but if you want to order, order in person and not online. I made the mistake of ordering through the app and when I got my bowl it had no guacamole but so much green sauce which I did not order. I guess they thought the green sauce is equivalent to the guacamole.

We are glad we found this hidden chipotle around our area. We been to the location at Puente Hills Mall and the one at the Whittwood center and all the time we go we get bad service and horrible food. The food was either cold or sitting there.

This is sad to say since we always visited this location. Got 2 bowls today and while the girl serving me is nice, the amount of food we get is way way less and not consistent. Not consistent bc we were here literally 2-3 weeks ago. This is after I asked for "extra" meat. Like what is this? The bowl isn't even half full. I've never had to ask for "extra" meat. 2 bowls today didn't amount to 1 bowl
Everything is good.Never eaten in, but have had take out good plenty of times. Good portions, clean, taste good.

I usually don't ever write reviews but this is necessary. I went to this chipotle at August 28, 2023 around 9 pm to pick up some my online order with my friend. I was surprised when I got home to open my bowl to see that the server barely filled my bowl with any rice, or lettuce as seen in the picture. AND he forgot my black beans COMPLETELY. Not to mention A WHOLE INCH of food is missing. My friend and I both got chips and felt they were pretty stale. There was oddly one piece of stale steak in my bowl when i ordered chicken which i found odd but not a big deal compared to the lack of food, no beans and stale tortilla chips.I never had a problem with this in the other chipotle at Colima Road in City of Industry or any other chipotle.

I used to always come to this location to get Chipotle. I got the worst service from girl that work there. I ordered two chicken bowl with salad. Which comes with attitude from the young girl behind the counter When I was asked what about grilled vegetable, she said only with fajitas. I told the day before they put grilled vegetables on my chicken salad bowls. She said her manger said only with fajitas. They both were giving me and my boyfriend a dirty look. None of the employes wear nametags so we don't add their name on the renew. If this female there when you go, don't order their food. She wasn't nice. On top of that i saw her cleaning the counter with spray bottle before covering the food around her. The ticket had host name Jusus. It no point complaining big franchise give rats ass to your complains. It better not to eat over there. Good Luck with your order!
