Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon at 1:45pm. Establishment was closed so didn't get a chance to try it out. Called the number to see if it was still in business. Person who answered said they had closed for a couple hours and would reopen at 4pm.

Truly a hidden gem. The chef and his wife go above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable culinary experience for diners. I recently organized a work team lunch and arrived to the location as it was just opening. We had the establishment to ourselves and the attention and care paid to each dish was superb! The appetizers and main dishes were full of flavor and artistry. My only lament was that they were short on Agua de maracuya or ensalada de fruta to drink. Delicious and definitely going back!

Every time I order anything from here they always don't have what's on the menu. Food is ok. But not great. Never buzy at all

The Lomo Saltado with chicken was amazing! I stopped here while working in the area, and I will definitely be back. Marco was such a great person to chat with.

Friendly owner/ chef. Calling ahead is advised. Variety of Peruvian dishes. Some items might not be available and you can call to see if your favorite dish is still available.

Location is in an industrial area so make sure you know the address and follow your gps.

Got the beef lomo saltado. The beef was super lean and chewy, and the rice was very hard. Good flavors, but too strong and too salty. Good portions.

Quaint with a cozy and comfortable vibe but surprisingly seats many! The chef is passionate about his food and this food of Peru - he will describe (per your interest) the details of each dish and ingredients and how they prepare it traditionally.

The truth is, the owner is very friendly but the food leaves a lot to be desired. I only ordered a Jelly to take away and look what I got!! It is clearly fried with burnt oil and I have never seen a Peruvian jelly with pure shrimp.
Maybe it's delicious, but it didn't make me want to eat like that.

Food is delicious. So happy there’s a Peruvian restaurant down the street. Lived in La puente all my life and never knew about. Owner is really nice.
