Had a great time having a late lunch here today. It was nice to not have a long wait! Didn’t know that they have an all you can eat option right now which is very reasonably priced considering how much comes with it.
We will definitely be back to this location!

Haidilao is honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The service is top-notch — the staff are super friendly, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The hotpot ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the soup bases are rich and flavorful.

I especially love all the little details — free snacks, fruit, and even the noodle dance show! The dipping sauce bar has so many choices, so you can customize everything to your taste. It’s such a fun and cozy atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends or family.

Highly recommend Haidilao to anyone who loves hotpot — definitely a 5-star experience! 🔥🍲

I came around 4 PM today, and it wasn’t busy at all. The servers were friendly, but they seemed less attentive than usual. The soup tasted a bit bland compared to my previous visits, and the fruit selection was quite limited. Overall, it was an average experience — not terrible, but not as satisfying as I expected from Hai Di Lao. Hopefully, the next visit will be better.

Came here for the endless feast option and it was amazing! Definitely recommend trying the AYCE option. I also wanted to thank my server Mike who took great care of us and made our first experience incredible.
