I visit Haidilao about once per year and this hot pot always surprises me. The quality of the food is good as usual. But they can always think of new tricks to make you happier during the dinning with great service. They are especially friendly to kids, free kids meals, toys, you don't even have to ask for. Our waitress, Grace, has great training and appears whenever we need her. She always comes with smile on her face. That's professional. Also, they remodel the restaurant and now have a stage for face off show. And besides sauce dessert bar, they have new Douha bar, that's my new favorite!! Litke it so much! My family had a great experience and definitely would visit more. BTW, they have discounts during the week day. Keep eye on their website.

This place is sooooo good! Our servers name is Judy and momo and they were so nice, so attentive and helpful! My grandkids also loved all the toys that they received and the special kids meal they got! This place is so family friendly. We love it! Definitely coming back!
