The drinks are always super fresh and tasty and I especially love the boba, it’s soft and chewy every time. The staff is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. The menu has so many good choices, it’s hard to pick just one! Definitely my go-to spot for boba.
Half and half, a suitable name for a middle of the road boba shop with nothing special.The atmosphere is bad- loud music and a lack of table room makes staying to chat or work impossible. The drinks menu is extensive, and of the 3 very different drinks I tried none were well made.Their black tea base was slightly over brewed- nothing too atrocious, but noticable. Honestly I think this place suffers from a lack of good management, despite having all the aspects of a great boba...
It’s honestly a trek when you have to drive almost two hours from one side of town in Pasadena…. to be on the other side of town to get boba at Half & Half Tea House, in Rowland Heights (technically City of Industry but oh well, it doesn’t matter at this point).
