Decent location and the closest one to me. I remember fond memories of going here when it still looked "scary" on the outside and back in the day when I really got into J-rock and visual kei I was actually able to get DIR EN GREY albums and shirts here, as well as the occasional J-SHOXX & Cure magazines (which are both I think, sadly, defunct). Yes this store has evolved over the years to include more pop culture and such, but still not so bad. It is a bit smaller than the other Hot Topics in the 626, at least the ones I've been to and I would think that since it's so close to the Industry's HQ location, that there'd be more of a selection. They didn't have as many Sanrio items as some of the other Hot Topics I've been to and this includes the new "lolita" MeloKuro items. Overall alright if you're in the area, for some reason at this mall, or don't want to deal with the potential crowds at other locations.

Me and my lady went a couple of sundays ago just looking around and got the pleasure of meeting Liz, who embodies the attitude of Hot Topic way back when I was a teenager in the 20th century, and her image was nothing short of awesome. She showed us some buy 1, get 2 free shirts lines and I went totally retro. We'll definitely come back and even if there's nothing we get, at the least we get to say hi to Liz, who is one nice example of what's right in the world.

Loved how wide the store is, and the ADORABLE cottage core clothes! Oh, how I long for a disposable income. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, nice conversation, laughs were had!

Went in for a specific funko pop ( Strawberry Shortcake ). The only one within reach had a dented box. When the girl asked if I needed help ( which they're GREAT at doing at this location every time I go in ), I explained what I wanted and she grabbed her ladder and without hesitation, climbed up towards the ceiling and started handing me a new one from the overhead stock. It wasn't great either, and she said go ahead and see if it's a good box! The 2nd one she handed me was perfect and she climbed back down. She was awesome I wish I remembered her name to give her some credit, but it was the afternoon shift (5pm) I believe it was Tuesday May 30th. She was awesome, thank you again!!

Great selection of shirts and pops always draws me in. I typically will drive a little further to come to this location since the staff is amazing. From top to bottom they are always greeting customers with a smile and make you feel welcomed. I don't even make it a few feet without being asked if I need any help looking for something. I love when you get great customer service like that.They always remind me if I have a reward to use and take extra time to find a pop I'm looking for even if it just came in or is buried on their wall. I've had issues with returns and poor service at other locations but this one is definitely my all time favorite. They're active on IG and always answer their phone quickly.
