I’ve been to this establishment a couple of times. We ordered a strawberry went bananas with pineapple and a pumpkin spice smoothies. I feel my strawberry went bananas. Could’ve been a little bit sweeter as for the pumpkin spice smoothie she loved. The service was friendly and courteous, and we had our smoothies in no time. The structure has indoor and outdoor tables to sit down and enjoy your smoothie. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stall’s by the front entrance.

Checked in tonight and ordered a pumpkin spice smoothie, as stated in previous reviews everything's good the pumpkin spice smoothie is seasonal but worth the wait the service is courteous and friendly there's inside and outside tables where you can sit down and enjoy your smoothie or what have you, there's plenty of items on the menu to choose from. There's plenty of parking with the handicap stalls close to the front entrance

They closed more than 10 minutes early on their store hours sticker it says 9 p.m. doors shouldn't be closed n locked already before 8:50p.m. online it says closes at 9:30 (not a great way to run a business). I just watched 3 cars pull up and not get service here. Multiple people per vehicle.

All smoothies are delicious but my favorite ones are the plant based ones without any milk added. There's a strawberry whirl which is my favorite. Strawberry taste with a hint of pear and banana... The service was pretty attentive. As for the ambience, it's peaceful and to be able to watch the server make the order, that's always a plus. If you are ever near a Jamba Juice, drop by for a smoothie to quench your thirst!

My smoothie was full of broken little bits of plastic and my friend's tasted off, like the oranges were bad. The store also wasn't air conditioned and overall very run down compared to any other Jamba Juice I've been to.

He always makes my drinks perfect and makes them with no complaints. I honestly wish for James to work when I come in. He's just so dope to be honest.——————————————————————This is only for today's visit (2/1/23) Every other time I've been here, it's been great.I am an avid Jamba customer. I have been coming here forever and still will come here. They close at 10 pm as I have been told countless times by the employees and as it says on your door...I arrive at 9:52 pm...they tell me they close in 5 minutes which is wrong as it's 8 minutes. But that's not the issue, it is the fact you guys are still open and refuse to serve me. I come here about 2-4x a week and this is how I'm treated? Granted, I have never met the person that was working tonight whom I talked too so maybe they do it differently. But you guys can't close service 8 minutes before the actual closing time. I get it you guys are closing but it wasn't 10 pm come on man. If you guys were really closed and not serving anyone else, then you guys should have locked the damn door.This was never an issue before. As a matter of fact, last week it was the same time, I was served. The worker was nice and respectful as well. He didn't just dismiss me like this other guy did. If he was respectful, it would have been cool. But no, he just dismisses me like I was nothing.Some of the employees know me here. They know me and respect me. But this visit just rubbed me the wrong way. Smh.

Cashier was friendly, and the drink was good. However, as many others have said, this place has such a bad smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. I really don't understand what's going on here. Additionally, over half the lights weren't working. I was here at night, and I honestly thought they were closed. When I asked if they were having electrical problems, the guy said no......the lightbulbs just needed to be replaced. No joke, like 75% of the bulbs were out. Not sure who manages this place but at least fix the lightbulbs if you can't fix the smell.

Great smoothie, but the bathroom apparently erupted causing a foul fecal odor . Employee said pipes had been busted for awhile. The smelly atmosphere doesn’t complement the taste of the smoothie.
Used to be a really nice location. I feel bad for people who have to work there. Smell in here is horrific because of backed up sewage which is understandable but fix it…. It’s been almost 4 months i personally haven’t been able to come here anymore because of it.

I had 3 Rewards when I entered. I ordered a Smoothie and told the associate I wanted to use the $3 Promotion that expired that day. She said OKbut instead used $3 Reward that expired in March. VERY DISAPPOINTING.I filled out a Feedback Survey and asked for someone to contact me but they never did.

I used to like Jamba Juice but this location seems like the whole mall, all run down and sad. I haven't been for years since juicing isn't really good for anybody anymore due to the high sugar content. And for someone with prediabetes like me, it's definitely not recommended. But I went the other day cause I was trying to kill some time while waiting for someone. There's only one staff in the whole store when I came and it smelled!!! Like rotten fruits or mold or something. Anyways with the prices they charge you'd think they can hire some more help and maybe keep the place sanitary at least. Granted this is kinda right after the atmospheric river we've been having still...
