I love coming here! The doughnuts are amazing and the drive thru is super convenient and moves quickly.Yesterday I was having an awful day and thought I’d stop by for a treat. It was late, I was flustered, and it was evident. The drive thru attendant Fernando was so kind and amicable, it really turned my day around. Kindness goes a long way and the employees here are always great!

Went through the drive thru for valentines special to take to work, little line, very nice employees, was very quick but nice.Parking: Everyone usually goes through the drive thru, but the course is well marked.

I was not acknowledged of being there. As I entered & stood behind the people in line everyone was offered a donut except I. I planned to purchase the heart ❤️ shaped donuts & regular original glazed since the light was on for "hot & ready" but I felt unwelcome when I was skipped to try one.

Krispy Kreme in City of Industry is really great place. Management is Superb. Place is remodeling right now but it will open a amazing place very soon.

I ordered from Uber Eats, but the order was inaccurate. After 30 minutes of communication with Uber Eats, they still did not replace the order and refund my money. I informed the representative that I was also allegic to the things. So you can image how mad I was.Well, things will improve when I contact the store. The manager promptly supported me by issuing refunds and attempting to resubmit the order, which he was unable to accomplish owing to Uber Eats.He offered me the option of coming to pick them up without inquiry, and I said yes. I really appreciate him. I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but the date was February 2, 2024 at 9:30.You guys made my day by saying I could retain the older order that I shared with my job, which was very appreciated.
