They are OPEN, not closed! Great food with large portions for a decent price. This big plate cost $14.22 which isn't bad considering how inflation is. The employees were very nice! Now they serve you the meat and veggies instead of you serving yourself, which is more hygienic. You can see the employees prepping vegetables right in front of your eyes. Very good, wholesome food with fresh vegetables. Great value, even this broke college kid can afford it!

Customer service has improved since my initial review. Rude-ish girl is gone and the ladies now in charge are always friendly.Updating from 3 to 4 stars.Tip: If the MBBQ bowl feels a bit too salty, ask them to hold the soy water.

Always nice to see a familiar mongolian grill inside of Puente Hills Mall. Nowadays, the staff does the bowl packing for you while you pick out what items you want them to cook up at the end. Gone are the days where you get to pack your bowl past maximum capacity while the staff watch in horror. Good food at good price :)

Mongolian BBQ in an area that doesn't really have much competition for it. A lot has changed since Covid but they are all very accommodating. The price is particularly good because you can easily split the meal in two and save some for later. I came here with a friend and wasn't impressed but also wasn't disappointed. It doesn't surprise me that some reviews mention the frugality of the business not offering extra containers because when I asked for some complimentary water, they tried to sell me a bottle for $2. I guess if they're going to price their food that low, they've got to scrimp on some things. Though I have to admit, it's a bad look for customer service. The selection of toppings is robust. I personally love baby corn and bak choi. It's not my favorite Mongolian bbq, but it's sufficient. I work in the area and so having a decent MBBQ place is great while I'd only come here from time to time, it would be a shame if this place closed with no substitute.

Rude Cashier it looks she doesn’t want her job and she is Not Professional at her job and when im done with her service she just throw the plate and I told her if she was mad and I dont like the way she serve!
Mall fast food - nothing special. You pay for me what you get. One star for the service. I asked for an extra to-go box so I can split my food with my sister and the worker (owner, I'm assuming) immediately said "No." I offered to even pay for a to-go box for my food but the worker was so rude and said no. Even the other worker asked her why not and she just said no. Honestly I do not understand what the big deal was, I just wanted a separate box for my food. I will not be coming here again.

It's on the second floor with the food court. Was looking around by the BR and didn't see it so I thought they closed. Food is decent. Nice soft hot noodles and quick service. The staff puts the ingredients into your bowl instead of self service. Tad bit on the salty side. I chose beef and it was a bit dry.
