Great food truck but they're not very communicative of their hours. Sometimes they're there and sometimes they're not. They should consider posting on their Instagram whether they'll be open or not. Their main website mentions their hours but they don't abide by them.

As a lover of Mexican street food, I was delighted to stumble upon La Abispa during my recent trip to town. And let me tell you, their tostilocos are out of this world! For those who may not be familiar with this treat, tostilocos are a popular snack made with crispy tortilla chips, savory toppings, and spicy salsa. La Abispa's version takes things to the next level with their perfect blend of flavors and generous portions. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The chips were perfectly crisp, and the toppings were incredibly flavorful. I loved the combination of fresh veggies, zesty lime juice, and tangy tajin seasoning. And the heat from the salsa was just enough to give the dish a kick without being overwhelming.I also got the lime ice cream It was incredibly creamy and smooth, and had just the right amount of richness without being too heavy. And the lime flavor was spot on - it was tart and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance it out. The ice cream was also beautifully presented, with a bright green color that immediately caught my eye. I would highly recommend La Abispa for anyone looking for delicious ice cream. Their lime flavor was a standout for me, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Their phone number doesn't work. Went today, usually the vanilla ice cream is a 10/10. Today was disgusting. Ordered three per usual & it tastes so bitter. Waste of money.

I've only had the lime Diablito and it's always tasty. I always ask for extra chile and chamoy but they don't seem to do it. It almost seems like they just coat the walls of the cup with chamoy to make it look like it's got extra. But either way, it's good. I've been there with family and friends and they all seem to enjoy whatever they get.

Everything on the menu is delicious. The tejuino is blended all together, not the way I prefer mine, but still delicious. That's probably the only item I skip out on. They have summer hours, which aren't updated on their website. So I added the picture for you.

You have never had ice cream like this before!! Forget about gelato ice cream , forget about cold stone ice cream. They got nothing on this unique ?? ice cream called Nieve (Spanish for snow) it really has the texture of mountain snow. You won't believe it until you come and try it. I have impressed alot of friends with this ice cream. My favorite flavor is nuez (Spanish for pecan) it is hands down ??.
