Bliss in one gulp ❌ Incorrect, vomit in one gulp ✅ CorrectI went to this restaurant for lunch today and the food we received was not great.Firstly, the potstickers were very greasy, one half was very soft and not crispy, and the other half was burnt.Secondly, the West Lake Beef Soup only has two or three slices of beef and is almost all tofu.Third, there are three hairs in the fried oyster tofu with golden mushrooms. When we sent it back to the kitchen, it took them over 15 minutes to bring us a new dish. I also asked two waiters three times to bring me clean chopsticks, so I had to share them with my girlfriend during this time. When it finally arrived at our table, it tasted super salty. Due to the long wait, we had finished other items and were no longer hungry. We packed food in hopes that we might still be able to eat it when we got home. When paying the bill, we asked if we could omit the grilled tamagoyaki tofu with enoki mushrooms because it tasted so bad after we had waited so long. They said they could take the dish off the bill only if we left the leftovers. We watched them take the to-go box and throw it in the trash right in front of us, as if they were trying to teach us how to be polite. Decided not to try such bad food in this restaurant again. It's incredible.

Best tasting Chinese food I've ever had in America. Good portions and made fresh to order. The dumplings were amazing. Definitely gonna go back for more.

Okay spot for dumplings.Ordered seafood fried noodles, beef wrap and pork shumai (not on actual menu)Pork shumai was 6pcs for $8.88 and was tastiest of the 3 items. Seafood fried noodles was bland and had such a sad display of toppings. Maybe 2pcs of shrimp mushrooms and fish. Lacked smoky wok flavour. Beef wrap was served cold and without any sauce.

Seriously a great bang for your buck. Food here is delicious and affordable, most items under $20. At that price I can taste so many dishes like the french style beef, various dumplings, and my favorite is the steamed fish.

I must have come on an off day. Been a fan of the Monterey Park location for over two decades first time visiting this location. It was a disappointment. The food was nowhere near as good as the original location.

I came here for lunch today and left my wallet by mistake after paying. Ten minutes after I left I realized I had left my wallet and was frantically calling their number and no one answered. Since I was still nearby and drove back to ask if my wallet was found and asked the angry man up front. I then saw the bus girl who was tending our table while we were eating there and she made it seem as if she had never seen me before. I know one of the employees took my wallet and didn’t have the decency to let management know they found a wallet on the table. NEVER ever going back here nor recommending it to anyone I know.

Bathroom was very dirty. Feces soiled tissue on floor and water. Sauted green beans had dried shrimp in it, gross. Singapore noodle under cooker and pressed pork. Staff did not have and gloves when handling pan fried noodles for togo order. Never again.

Came here because it’s my friends favorite place to come. Good food. Big portion and very good price. We like to buy frozen dumplings to go. They are big dumplings and taste really good.

The food was really good, and the portions were definitely enough for my family. The prices were not bad either for what you are getting. They do get very busy and it can be loud in the restaurant, but I would eat here again.

Food was amazing got it to go so my only regret was by the time I ate it it was not fresh. Even with that I can say it was some of the tastiest food I have ever had. I recommend the dumplings beef rolls and fish

The food is always the best part..we are always trying to beat the dinner rush because to get seated is always a long wait. Language barrier at times an issue, but the food will have you coming back!!

I went to buy takeout on chinese new year. the long queue of lines compared to the restaurant next door was a telling sign the food here must be good. We ordered the beef chow fun and fish fillets. They were still warm and tasty by the time I brought it home. My parents liked the food at this location. We definitely want to come back here to try more of the dishes when we have another family gathering. The waiter that helped take my order was kind even with all the chaos of the chinese new year. My order took a little bit longer to come back due to the large crowds but I was able to run other errands and come back for my food on time when my food was ready.

Delicious food. Service was good too but a bit rushed. Their spicy dumplings are SPICY so be careful. I would come back.

I ordered the wonton noodle soup and seafood pan fried noodles. Appearance-wise for the wonton noodle soup isn't great, but the broth is actually tasty and so are the noodles. In terms of the seafood pan fried noodles, it tasted good. The price is actually really good for what they offer. Most places this dish cost over $20. With that said, I would recommend this place. Just don't expect amazing service. They don't really come by to check on you, which is very typical of most Chinese restaurants. If you need anything you will have to ask for it. I probably will come back to try other dishes to see if there are any good.
